Since my CS 5 months ago I have shrunk to a size 8-10 which is all well and dandy BUT I still have the post CS pot belly and also cant wear any of my trousers which all have waistbands that sit JUST on the scar.
I couldnt care less about style really but I want something warm and COMFORTABLE and cotton to wear.

Help me - I am THIS close to buying fleece trousers fgs!

Have bought from that ebay seller,Cod,and she is fantastic!
I wear linen trousers with tunics in summer, love the White Stuff ones.
In winter Marks do some 'knitted wide legs' in various colours that are a bit like the Sweatty Betty ones bit cheaper, and tunics look great over them.

So while we're on the subject of whitestuff, do people think this would look good with leggings and boots?

MadameOvary · 08/09/2008 00:30

Ooh good tip ST will look for Marks wide legs too.
Sputnik that link doesnt work can you try again?
Need the perfect pair of "flat" boots also - not too tight around calf, preferably with a little heel/wedge. Footwear-finding is always tedious due to my arthritis.

Strange, it works for me. Anyway, if you go to dresses it's the Roedean Stripe Dress.
fatface have something similar too.

Madame Ovary - I've exactly the same problem. DS2 is 7 months. I'm fitting into everything really well, but just can't shift the CS flab. I'm in size 10 jeans again, but this stomach sticks out as though I'm still pregnant (sob). Can you believe my DH actually asked me why I still look pregnant????

MadameOvary · 08/09/2008 13:36

Thanks Sputnik will have a look.
thequietone - my Dp said my stomach "didnt look right" I gave him a hard stare and said "It looks exactly right given that I have had major surgery"
That shut him up -
