Please say yes as I think I am slowly getting the hang of this board and people are saying 'that's Ok' rather than 'geez you must be insane' sometimes

linky

Bottom right, 'Abington'

we i dont, sorry
the frill panel is off putting reminds me of little girls long party dress circa mid 70's..

what about the one above? if you like brown etc..

motherinferior · 03/08/2008 12:10

Yes, I do. It has distinct charm.

lilymolly · 03/08/2008 12:10

I think it could look kookily vintage. You'll need to wear chunky footwear. I personally would go for flat boots.

MrsFluffleHasAWuffle · 03/08/2008 12:12

Does it matter if we like it or not?! As long as you like it who cares what a bunch of people you'll likely never meet and don't know your body shape/style etc will think?

amner · 03/08/2008 12:12

Sorry, dont like it at all !

ExterminAitch · 03/08/2008 12:13

if you think it'll suit you, then yes. my tits are too big for that front panel, but if you're alexa chung-y then it's charming.

Ah yes, my norks would rule it out too.

RuffleTheAnimal · 03/08/2008 12:15

geez you must be insane

MarshaBrady · 03/08/2008 12:15

No sorry, only as the crochet panels look like targets.

Flightputsonahat · 03/08/2008 12:15

I care, Mrs Fluffle, I care

You lot are my only friends

OP posts:
Flightputsonahat · 03/08/2008 12:17

I see what you mean about the target norks actually. But I really like knitted dresses for some reason, is there a better one out there, if so point me at it...

LIZS · 03/08/2008 13:03

no sorry , looks like an Edwardian maid

RuffleTheAnimal · 03/08/2008 13:04

marshas second one is nice

Flightputsonahat · 03/08/2008 15:45

Thanks for your help Marsha, they are quite nice - but I think I'm going to order the original one and see what it's like. You can order to collect from the shop which is free so that's cool

lazaroulovesleggings · 03/08/2008 15:46

It's very Sharleen Spiteri and her new look.

Blondilocks · 03/08/2008 19:20

I personally don't like it as I prefer more girly dresses, but it's not hideous or awful.
