Is this nice? Suitable office wear?

I don't know any more! Casual office, jeans ok . I usually wear dark blue ones. None of my winter clothes fit and I didn't even realise I'd put on so much weight over the summer 😫will it be forgiving or is it just too old fashioned?

It’s exactly what my 91 year old MIL and her friends would wear.

And of course all old ladies dress and look just like your MIL and her friends.

That may be so, but it doesn’t make it an old lady blouse. Not all old ladies dress the same. I know several women in their 30s and 40s who wear blouses like this - but that doesn’t make it a 30-40 year old lady blouse either.

Perhaps we haven’t yet received our copy of the decree which says we must dress identically and take up knitting, or whatever is deemed to be a sufficiently old lady pastime.

I’ve tried to learn knitting but it’s too hard.

Perfectly reasonable and good to have colour instead of black.

Me too! And I’m even worse at crocheting!
