It’s a shame they don’t do the body mousse in the Rituals Jing scent.
Jing is gorgeous.

If you mean the shower mousse - they do!

Banjas · 25/10/2026 16:22

No it’s not the shower mousee. I find that a total faff.
@GameofJonesmentioned a Rituals body mousse.
They do other fragrances in the body mousse but not Jing @Cupofteaafterwards
They also don’t sell Jing in Boots.😢
So they probably will discontinue it because it doesn’t sell well.
But if you don’t stock it like the other fragrances how can you expect it to sell well 🙄

Eborian CC cream

Oh one more, Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream. Use it on your chest, you know you see lots of ladies with wrinkly chests, use this, it clears it up totally , mine is a smooth as anything and was quite wrinkly.

when you first start do it nightly, then when your chest is smooth, do it weekly.

it also works on heels, mine are now soft and they were dry and cracked,

Which cream is it please? There seems to be a few types

AutumnMuse · 25/10/2026 22:41

CeraVe Cleanser
Compeed
Erborian CC cream
Garnier BB cream
Iron tablets
Vit D+K2 spray

Philips lumea- bought about 7 years ago on Black Friday. The last time I had to properly shave my legs was about 6 years ago! It’s not just the hairlessness, my legs are also extremely smooth. I wish they’d been around in my late teens. Absolute bargain for the time, effort and stress saved.

fivefoottwowitheyesofblue · 25/10/2026 23:22

Another vote for the CCS foot cream. I use once a day and my feet are super soft, no hard skin or callouses at all.
La Roche Posay retinol - been using for 6 years and it's been a game changer for my skin. Would thoroughly recommend.

What are the flat claw clips you can lie on @Bellu? I’m so fed up with not being able to drive in a clip because it bangs on the headrest

minnowonthesay · 25/10/2026 23:38

Mine are:
Eborian cream (the one that comes out white and changes colour)
Surratt eyelash curlers
Elf waterproof eyebrow pencils
Beauty Pie waterproof mascara - bomb proof
Prai throat & neck cream
Rechargeable heated brush - I have quite the frizz in this mizzle everyday, this little gem is always in my handbag for a quick refresh!

L’Oréal Lumi Glotion - I mix with moisturiser and gives face a nice glow or just focus on cheek bones. Lasts forever.

Bugsandbeds · 26/10/2026 00:05

Tubing mascara, just hold a wet cloth on my lashes for 30 seconds and then the mascara just slides off. No rubbing and irritating my eyes.

Aldi marine cream range, just as good as Elemis.

When washing my hair I condition first then shampoo twice afterwards, completely changed my hair and the volume is insane! I think conditioner is always left on my hair a bit if I do it last and my hair then goes greasy quickly and feels like it's got product on it, which I can't stand. Only ever use cheaper end products too. Not so much a product but more a process I suppose!

YouLittleWally · 26/10/2026 00:48

Just ordered some beard dye! Thanks very much.

second tubing mascara, complete game changer

I don’t know if I can lie on this clip, but I can certainly drive in it. Soo much more comfortable !

Weight training. Nothing fancy, just adjustable dumbells at home and a couple of YouTubers I follow.

In the same vein, home ballet barre and mobility drills. Together these have sorted out my feet, knee and hip pain, and my weight management and body fat/muscle composition is better. I'm hoping this will deliver on promises of longevity and healthspan!
Lightweight SPF50 sunscreens that are genuinely non-sticky and which you can wear under make-up - LRP, Purito, Biore, Heliocare, any of that ilk.

This is such an obvious and simple idea to put up a ballet barre! So much better than trying to exercise hanging on to a kitchen surface! Brilliant idea, thank you!

minnowonthesay · 26/10/2026 07:44

Oh thanks @Bellu looks fab, I’ve ordered!!!!

BananaWoman999 · 26/10/2026 08:38

Paused perimenopause all-in-one vitamins 🙌

Tryonemoretime · 26/10/2026 10:42

Your Gut Plus probiotics. It could be a coincidence, but, after 5 and a half years when I was so ill, I thought Long Covid would kill me, my Long Covid seemed to disappear.
And Starflower Oil (1000mg) has been a game changer for my dry eyes. Also worked for the chap who erected our greenhouse.... Crumbs! I sound like a hippy new ager 😅

SapphireSeptember · 26/10/2026 11:07

Orly breathable nail polish. Doesn't need base or top coat so I managed to paint my nails during DS's nap the other day!
Another Orly one is their sec 'n' dry topcoat, it dries so fast it's crazy. (Top tip, apply it while your nail polish is still slightly tacky, as it dries the nail polish underneath as well.)

MeAndMyGhost · 26/10/2026 11:33

Having remained faithful to NYX concealer for being the perfect shade (fair, I think ot was, number 2) I could not find the replacement one at all and in desperation, picked up a concealer by Tower 28 in Sephora as it looked vaguely my colour and at this point I was over the whole shopping for concealer bit. My eyes had crossed trying to find the right shade.

Omg I'm never going back, it is exactly my shade (called something like DTMP or similar, weird name) and it goes on so smoothly over my rosacea prone skin and has this instant blurring effect, it really is incredible stuff. You only need a little bit too, goes a long way.

Hi, can you link to the hot brush please, I can’t make out the name of it. Thanks

Scorchingmed · 26/10/2026 11:47

Garnier bb cream for me. so easy to apply, feels moisturizing and gives decent coverage. A repeat purchase

StellaAndCrow · 26/10/2026 11:55

Not a product exactly, but laser hair removal. I spent until the age of 40+ always having to plan for anything that would expose my legs. Going swimming would mean a massive shaving session. I couldn't spontaneously wear shorts. (Well, I could, but not without comments/looks).

Waxing took over an hour and the effect lasted less than a week.

I got laser hair removal over about 10 sessions of an hour each. That was probably 15 years ago, and the hair hasn't come back.

It has changed my life, and I wish it had been available earlier, but hugely grateful I've been able to have it done.

StellaAndCrow · 26/10/2026 12:04

Ooh, I have an actual recommendation, which I think I read first on here.

Hijab magnets! If you've got a wrap-style dress top that exposes a bit too much, these can be used to close it - just overlap the two sides of the fabric where you want them to close, one magnet goes outside and one goes inside to hold it shut. Also works for wrap skirts! There's loads on Amazon, come in different colours.

Cornishbelle · 26/10/2026 12:54

Another vote for Eborian cc cream and also aveeno oat range, sits lovely on my menopausal dry skin!
