Best tubing mascara please

I'm currently using a waterproof mascara (as I am prone to smudging), which is fine, but a ballsache to remove. Can anyone recommend a good tubing mascara?

I used to use Estée Lauder zero smudge and it was fab. But now I use a much cheaper one, the maybelline one in the pink tube (not the one linked to above, I think it is called Sky line or something like that) in brown and I love it. Often in a 3 for 2 offer. It’s about £12 and I buy it again and again. I like that they do it in brown.

Me too…..just as good as far more expensive brands and zero smudge x

I wish I read this before. I bought the max factor false eye effect and total waste of money! It doesn’t even look like I’m wearing mascara! So dry. Anyone else found this or was I just unlucky?

Oo interesting, used to swear by Max Factor false lash effect but can only do tubing mascara these days else it smudges. Have been using Hourglass which I like but it’s expensive. Found Beauty Pie one didn’t lengthen that much and got dried and clumpy pretty quickly. Rum is alright but doesn’t lengthen as much as Hourglass, based on this will give the Elf a try.

Elf completely - never smudges, cleans off easily and amazing value

If it helps, I used to use the Maybelline sky high and liked it, but tried Elf and have not gone back.

The Maybelline smudged for me , which is a pity as it looked great - the ELF otoh has coped with 14 hours of metal festivals in sweaty conditions and not moved a millimetre

Ive tried them all, bar the new Too Faced one which is up next. Love Boots Stay perfect as it comes off in clumps/spider legs rather than tiny bits like most.

I love my Urban Decay one.

ELF is fab. No.7 is OK.

I like Tarte because it comes in brown but I have the Maybelline one ready to use next

There's loads of good ones and I think I've tried pretty much all of them! But I think Elf is defintely one of the best and it's an amazingly good price. It's my go-to at the moment.

RUM Wrap Party is probably the absolute best one I've tried and I think comes in brown and navy as well as black, but it's online only and a lot more expensive than Elf, especially when you factor in P&P, and I don't think there's a huge difference between it and Elf at all so I'd probably get Elf.

Hourglass or Elf, but Elf is less than a quarter of the price or Hourglass!

Estee Lauder Double Wear is the absolute bomb. ELF is a decent cheaper alternative. Makes your lashes longer not thicker but doesn't budge

I have found Beauty Pie the best, for me it beats Hourglass, Trish Mcevoy and Sky Tubes.

I tend to smudge a lot and find the Boots No7 Extreme Length really good. It's quite natural and less clumpy/heavy than a lot of them. It's also a good price and often on offer.

Clinique Lash Power works brilliantly for me. It’s the only mascara which hasn’t smudged on me and it lasts all day, 7am-Midnight, yet it’s so easily removed with cotton wool and water.

@Lomonald cold water in tanks but mostly in the summer :) I've been on land performance mainly for a few years due to caring responsibilities making overnight travel nearly impossible but hoping to resume water performances soon.
