@Doglover73 I dithered over the WA lip balm as well. Technically I don’t need any more lip products, but I do want to try it and I went for a nice neutral shade that I can wear day to day.
I wish my perfume had been as bargainous, but it was a fair price considering, and I had some money sat in my eBay account so I told myself it was cheaper than it actually was 😅

I also went on JL to look at a coffee machine and noticed that a perfume I had on my wishlist has been discounted, which I was delighted by and immediately bought. Obviously not at all needed given how much I’ve spent on fragrances recently, but it’s a Chloe one exclusive to JL so I had to get the discount while I could.

@Twinsandsome My ‘birthday’ (for my second account) is end of November and I received an email on Monday. Definitely chase it up, as I had an issue last year on my actual birthday and did so. They do seem to be hit and miss but good at sorting it out

Thanks all I rang them and they said the birthday codes would be sent between 1st and 8th of the month and that I have to wait to the 8th to call back and get it issued! I was like hmm wanting to place an order before this current promotion runs out but I may wait and see x

I got my birthday email from Space NK on Monday evening, so I placed an order and added the birthday code. I wonder what, if anything, I'll get?

I didn't get a birthday email so I just emailed CS and they gave me a £10 credit. I'm quite happy with that.

Mine is an online only card and yes, I also needed the last 3 digits (not on any email or app). I rang Boots but they wouldn’t tell my over the phone but said it would be sent. Asked 3 times now and no info sent, so I can’t spend any points until I have it.
Annoying as it always worked perfectly before and I have a lot of points. Grrrr

Have you tried adding the card to your Apple wallet? Mine displays the numbers in the wallet.

Did everyone who used the blue light 15% code on qvc actually receive 15% off? I ordered 2 of the Elemis sets and only got 10%

If you go to 'My Card' (middle bottom on the Apple version of the app) it will give you a barcode version of the advantage card, if you touch the right-pointing arrow to the side of the bar code, it gives a fuller view with the number on it.

It only adds the card number, not the last three digits (for security apparently). The 3 digits are needed to open Pandora’s box of points spending. I shall continue this phone until I speak to a sensible human there. 😹

I had an issue a while back where every time I tried to access my basket on the Boots website it signed me out. It didn’t matter if I was at home, work, or in my mobile. Spent ages and ages going through it with Boots IT and they never figured out what was causing it so told me to set up a new account with a new email (which I did in the end and it works fine). The whole thing was farcical!

I’ve definitely spent my points using the Apple wallet card. I have no idea where my physical card is. Instore they definitely didn’t need anything else because my DD annoying spent them when I gave her the virtual card. I really can’t remember how I did it online. I do recall it asking for the last 3 digits but I’m really not sure how I got around it. Sorry. It might come to me but probably after you’ve solved it. 🙈

This is the completely non personalised response that I needed to wait 24hours from Sephora after querying that my order hasn’t arrived after 4 working days (6days) and I have paid for a next day delivery pas.

I never thought I would say this but I prefer AI CS because at least they are immediate at being vague and useless or maybe this is AI and they are overworking them hence the generic 24hours response time. It’s not even signed off my a person. This is frustrating.

is there any point to getting these next day delivery passes?

I'm not sure what’s going on with deliveries atm but companies appear to be struggling. I’m dreading what it will be like come September. 10days I’ve had to wait for a Lakeland order. 🙈

The last 3 digits of my Boots card show in my Google wallet - I've just checked it against the physical card.

Wow, so Sephora are getting just as bad as SNK then!

My next day delivery arrived in 2 days. But I could see this was because the Evri guy had some issue because I had lots of other deliveries that didn't turn up either (which means I ended up with NINE parcels arriving today, oops). I actually think the Evri guy sees when I have several on the way and waits until he can deliver them all at once.

As an aside, one of my Sephora sale purchases was the Merit minimalist complexion stock and it's amazing! I can't believe I can just scribble on my face a bit and it ends up looking better than with a full face of foundation. I'm totally converted. Sephora did take the piss a bit though - the colour I wanted was sold out, but when I looked again they'd added it as a new listing - £1 more expensive than the original!

I also got the Merit x Erdem winter gift set which is gorgeous and would make a lovely gift for anyone that's into the brand.

I’ve got the same as you. I just ordered a backup of a deodorant I use as it was 20% off and I fancied the samples - we’ll see if they turn up though!

The annoying thing is that I am going in-store at the weekend and would prefer to buy perfume then (no postage risk) but they won't give me five samples if I do!
