I’ve just tried the peridot LE eye crayon from the jewels set. It’s beautiful. It gives a smoky effect to the eye with very little effort. So little effort I applied it like a toddler would using a crayon! I thought it would be a bit bright like I would keep it for Halloween but it’s got a grey depth to the green which is what I think gives it a smoky look. I love how they are packaged too makes them feel like something you would want to receive.

There must be people thinking it's the FAC back in stock.

I've just purchased this from Liberty. I managed to get 10% off with a student beans code, used a £10 loyalty voucher and had free shipping - so only paid £16.10.

I swatched it on my hand yesterday and it's a lovely shade and very wearable.

I also followed one of Lisa Eldridge's make up tutorials on Saturday and I have to say, my makeup looked good and stayed in place all day. I followed the one below, and even though I'm brunette with Hazel eyes, it still suited me.

it the ‘very wearable’ that surprised me. I honestly thought this would be a bit much but it’s really lovely.

It's disappointing that selfridges don't put the fragrances into boxes. I already have half of the fragrances so I'd want to sell those but vinted make it difficult when there's no box.

Received my £100 MZ Skin set from TK MAX today, very disappointing. The Rich Cream is a dried out solid mass. WIll be taking it back.

I found my MZ Skin eye cream from last year’s Harrods advent to be more tacky (not as soft) as I would expect and I remember reading about another lady on here who had one which was a solid block! I’ve been using the eye cream up but wouldn’t have wanted to have left it any longer. I read some reviews online and a few people have found similar issues. So it has put me off buying MZ Skin products from places like TK Max (and in general actually), in case it is older stock and prone to the same issues. Such a shame really.

Oh no! I must check mine. I got the eye set and serum set but I suspect the eye cream could be prone to drying out.

It comes with 3 serums, but I don't know if I can trust them to be within use by date, there's no way of finding out, so I'm going to return the whole thing. Just hope they refund me and don't quibble.

So my first rich cream was from TK Maxx and when it arrived I posted on here saying was it supposed to be so thick because I thought the same. I ended up using it anyway and was in love with it by the end of the tub so bought a new one from SNK. The new one was a much nicer consistency. So I'd say TK Maxx are definitely selling old stock - still usable, not as nice as having a new one, but a fraction of the cost.

I was weighing up whether to buy one from TK Maxx when I saw they had them again because it's soooo expensive full price. But if yours seems really solid maybe they're even older/dried out than the one I had and best to avoid.

That was me ! It had the seal loose but inside a sealed box , and was completely solid . To be fair to them ( MZ not Harrods ) they sent me a new one which was fine

Sorry too late to edit my previous message. That is the set I’ve got, I had completely forgotten it also contains an moisturiser. It seems fine. The rich moisturiser is more solid than the light moisturiser which has a more gel like consistency. For me it’s a similar texture to la mer (which I’m about to finish) although slightly more solid when you first get it from the pot but very similar when it goes on. It’s slightly more solid than a previous one I’ve had but only slightly and not enough to put me off using it. I do think Tk maxx is older stock. It’s the one company that when stuff arrives I never put it into my stash and I use straight away. So MZ skin moisturiser will be next.

Mine is so solid it has a crack running through it!

Oh gosh! No that isn’t right. Mine still has the form like when it was put in the tub by the machine. A slightly mister whippy appearance. Hope they resolve it easily. I’ve found them to be really good in the past when I’ve returned online orders directly to the store.
