I went via FB messenger last time I needed to contact them. I did get a same day response but it wasn't fast - a few hours.

Is it kitten lashes? I don't like that mascara but I seem to be in the minority, lots of people rate it highly.

Back to the Fairy - sorry - I ordered and paid on Monday evening and still no sign that’s it’s been sent on the InPost tracking. Should I be worried?!

I ordered Monday evening, and on my tracking it says depot has recieved it. I wouldnt worry about it🙂

Also, my mother in law had PdM on her rewards and I guarantee she’s spent NO money in John Lewis and didn’t even know where her rewards section was 😂. Ordered.

Why have I never thought about setting up rewards for family members. This is genius. I guarantee my DH will get all the wonderful rewards that I am missing because I spend far too much with these retailers. Somehow I feel like they’ve got this wrong.

edited to add: I contacted SNK CS today to make them aware that my orders still aren’t arriving next day. They told me they are still having dispatch issues due to the warehouse upgrade and to stop me moaning they gave me a £10 ndugle top up to apologise. So if you are still having issues then it might be worth a quick email. Just £400 away now of complaints to get the deluxe BAC for free 😂, every penny counts so they say.

It's annoying me so much that they dont turn up the next day; I'm still waiting for my GWP order. It says it should be delivered today, but it will arrive tomorrow. It should have been here yesterday. It's really frustrating; I think I'll email, as I want my £10 back for the pass🤣 I wont be bothering renewing it when it runs out🙄

I hope you get at least the same resolution as me. I’m not even sure when my pass runs out because they have extended twice due to the issue but maybe that’s why they call it limitless that there’s no end 🙈. I was thinking about cancelling when it eventually does expire but I’m a bit worried that if those with the pass are waiting this long then how long are those without the pass waiting for delivery?

Whoever mentioned about MZ Skin products being back on TK Maxx, thanks (I think 😅), just stocked up 💸💸

If it gets back to the usual next-day delivery before it expires, I’d probably renew it. I just checked and mine runs out in March; it was also on auto-renew, which I’ve turned off, so they’ve got until March to buck their ideas up🙈🤣

I’m trying to resist the Mz skin at TK Maxx. I do need to reckon with how my shopping is influenced by my moods.
I met with management recently about a promotion in March but kept it quiet with my other colleagues. I have one particular colleague that sees me as really junior, and she’s got wind of this meeting and thinks it was upper management just having a chat with me. It would never occur to her that I’m technically skilled enough to be up for promotion.
I’m fielding questions from her about this meeting and immediately feeling like I need to go shopping for a little treat.

@DidILeaveTheGasOn You have my sympathy. Work can be so stressful. I’ve worked in some horrible, toxic places. My work vice was cigarettes (I don’t work or smoke any more!). Beauty buys are better 😅

Sadly no decent JL or Sparks rewards for me but plenty of toxic workplace stress at the moment…I’d much prefer things to be the other way around!!

Selfridges at Manchester Exchange Square (and I assume elsewhere?) are having a beauty promo from 23 - 25 November. My message said there will be 20% off, but I'm not sure if that will be off all things beauty, or if it will be just 10% off fragrance. I've been promised plemty of free goodies too if I book in with the concierge who managed to get hold of the FAC for me.

I've decided one of the many pressies I'm getting for myself will be a 50ml bottle of Vanilla Powder, so if that has 20% off it will be ideal. I sprayed it for the first time in ages a couple of nights ago and the scent lingered until the next day. Usually scent fades on me after a few hours.

Ah the old warehouse upgrade excuse. Either their warehouse is having multiple upgrades or they are saying any old thing to appease customers as they used this line last year!

I can't decide what I want in the Sephora sale 🤣 I keep adding and deleting things. I don't really want to spend over £100 so it's a case of deciding what I want more. I need more skin tint though, does that count? If I need it? I don't think it should.

I'm annoyed with them. I have 3 MBM things I want to check out but it's one of the brands I have saved as a favourite so it's defaulting to 10% at checkout and not 25%. @MrsBnow12 is having the same issue. If the stuff goes out of stock whilst I'm waiting for them to fix it I'll be really peed off.
