Has anyone switched to autumn clothes and started wearing jumpers yet

Who’s transitioned to autumn wear? Is it safe to get out all the jumpers / knit wear / boots / tights / cosy socks etc??

I’ve not been paying attention when out and about so need inspiration 😂

No. In the south east & my office is still 25DegC every day, sadly no aircon. Beginning to feel the chill at home, so may be soon time for the woolly pullies to come out. Anyone else’s grannie call jumpers that?

I am so eager to wear my autumn/winter boots! It's still not cold enough. I have my clothes ready and waiting to go though!

Shorts and a sweatshirt at home during the day. Wore a jersey dress and denim jacket to visit daughter in Lincoln Friday was freezing. Blanket been on top of the duvet since we got back from Italy 2 weeks ago

I’ve bought myself some lovely dresses for work which I intend to wear with thick tights and boots and a lovely new wool coat. So that isn’t happening - thinking I may wait until after half term

but on the flip side, it’s cold enough for DDs raynauds

I finished the switch over today, wardrobe has all
autumn and winter stuff in it now but a lot of my autumn stuff is great for this warmer autumn weather London seems to be enjoying. I wear layers so can easy out outfits together with different temps predicted.

Christ Im fully rugged up now. Coats, jumpers, jeans, boots. And Im in the South East! Maybe Im just a pussy - but everyone else is the same today on our walk.

I’ve been in lighter knits for a couple of weeks now, but am in a proper winter jumper today and got the rest of my winter clothes down from the loft today.

Yes, i swapped my clothes from summer to autumn/winter last weekend.

I live on the south coast & although still sunny, its a lot crisper (Isay colder) & Im loving thr layers. If I get too warm I just dont wear a jacket with my jumper/cardigan etc

I’m wearing cotton jumpers/sweatshirts. Not cold enough for full-on winter wool or cashmere yet.

I realise being autistic that a lot of things confuse me, but the concept of stopping (or having to start) wearing jumpers just isn't computing. I wear some sort of jumper 365 days of the year, and when between October and May/June I've also got a knitted poncho over the top.

I don't generally wear jumpers as they are too hot for me, but have got out a long sleeve tee today

Sweatshirts for me too, with a thin tee shirt under. Too hot for coats in the day time so far, although I have put one on in the evening a couple of times now. Not cold enough for proper jumpers yet. I went for a walk with a friend yesterday who had on a jacket, fleece, jumper and shirt, I was fine in just a tee shirt so it is clearly different from person to person, I wouldn't wear what she was wearing even on the coldest winter days.

I’ve taken out my longline puffy coat as of this morning 🙈 the kids are in fluffy pjs too and I slept with socks on. I tried just a jumper and leggings / jeans last week with trainers but I was feeling chilly. I even had fingerless gloves yesterday but then I want to preempt the raynauds.
Desperate to wear my Tims but I won’t in this wet weather.
Sounds like everyone is now getting into autumn wardrobe 🍂
