I’m really enjoying the Ghost Sunday dream
its sort of clean reserve skin like in that it’s always appropriate, skin scent that just smells like me but better. Very comforting

salt notes and skin scents are my weak spot entirely

Vilhelm mango skin again. This is quite good for someone who doesn't usually like citrus, it's zingy but gentler.
Harrods FAC coming today but I think I'll be out - may need to wait until they redeliver it on Monday.

Took mango skin off to try the zadig intense that came in the boots box- I really like it, its a vanillary one, nothing earth shatteringly new or different but sometimes that's what you want, a comforting uncomplicated scent. Reminds me a little of eilish 1 but a bit fruitier. Fragrantica says it has VINYL notes along with a little picture of a record in the scent profile. Not sure what vinyl is supposed to smell like or why it would be in a perfume...

SOTD is Korres Aegean Bronze that I got in a greek pharmacy yesterday for less than £7 for 10ml. Its a summery vanilla. Might pop back for the fig one today.

I am a bit late (years) to this party and do wish I'd found it earlier. Would definitely have worn it to the office. Pilates today will have to do 😀

The perfume I bought yesterday is Louis Vuitton Symphony. I find it fantastic - obviously the cost is insane! They gave me two samples - I asked for freshies and they did that for me.

I decided to count & organise my perfumes, while swapping winter with summer current rotation and it just felt too big for me.

That's apart from 4/5 I have in the bathrooms, and same in the downstairs wc and few in my bedside locker and some that I have full and travel sizes from. I have travel of Vanilla Rice on the way too.

I love my perfumes I have to say, but I need to think twice (or at least 5 times) before I pick up another citrus. I will see over the next week if I can make another 10/20% cut. Maybe 50 full size and 30 travel is better sized, maybe not.

That's after me tossing some in the outside bins - to keep them fresh and making a box for a friend and box for my son.

Montale crazy in love, a gorgeous powdery rose..I used to hate rose but now quite like it, strange how the nose changeth.

Want to get into Montale as a house and the discovery set is on my want list.

The harrods fac that I bought off an ebay reseller arrived after much drama as to whether I'd be home today and driving at breakneck speed to get back by 1pm as it was a special delivery... RM turned up at 12. 59 so thankfully just made it.

Haven't sniffed anything yet but opened them all and very excited to start sniffing soon.

Has anyone opened/ tried the HFAC yet and can recommend?

Wow so many full size! I have approaching 200 travel sizes now and probs 15 fbs, fbs can be wasted on me as I'm so fickle.

Montale crazy in love is almost identical to bdk impadia. Maybe a bit more powdery but v similar. Loads of both on selling sites atm due to being in ACs

SOTD - I went to my local Tom Ford counter and managed a quick spray of Figue Erotique before the assistant pounced - she has a reputation for being ON YOU as soon as you approach! I bagged a blast while she was looking in another direction...

I sprayed some on my scrunchie so I have the scent for good few days. next on my wishlist, hopefully they reduce the price around Christmas.

I am waiting on 10ml Vanilla Rice Ellis Brooklyn. I have issues with a lot of vanillas, I am hoping this is going to stay soft and pretty vs burned plasticky to my nose.

I didn’t get the HFAC but would be very interested in a round up.
JL has started sticking Fragrance du Bois so I smelt a few. Sirene is not for me but some of the others are interesting if full on.

@LorenaWood - the m and S warmth scent is a v similar vibe. Doesn’t last but comes in candles, hand cream, lotion (rubbish).

Perfumista do 9ml samples in a glass tube bottle for i think £50 or thereabouts still a lot but similar price per ml as the 30ml bottles.
