Let us know how the K18 is @OvaHere. I'm using the ordinary at the moment too and I'm really pleased with it - my hairs completely stopped shedding - but I was intrigued by the K18 one, especially the claims about fewer greys!

How long have you used TO? I've only used it for a couple of weeks so far.

It's been about 6 weeks. My hair improved really quickly after I started using it, although there could be other factors. I've been on Mounjaro for almost a year so it might be just that I've got through the shedding phase. I also started taking collagen at the same time, plus I've been consistently using kerastase genesis shampoo & conditioner, and using Elasticiser once a week 😆

I'm well past the extreme shedding phase. I lost a lot whilst on MJ but I've been off it for over a year now and my hair has bounced back a bit but is still quite thin in places. I'm not expecting miracles but hoping for a bit of improvement.

I’d also love to hear what works for the both of you as I’ve lost close to 50kg on MJ and it feels like it’s mostly gone from my hair 😅😭

I should add I’m about to start the Rehab Matcha Scalp Oil for this purpose as I got a couple of bottles in the Boots £10 Tuesday.

My slip pillowcase has arrived from the SNK sales. Weird how my first order i placed and with the same samples didnt arrive with them, but my second one did. Ahwell, cant wait to use my new pillowcase😃

My SNK Shimmering Spice orders arrived as well. I like the scent more than I thought I would (not a big fan of Christmas scents). A word of warning if you bought any as gifts, two had sale labels that were hard to get off (although I managed to pry them off carefully with the tip of a sharp knife) and one of the boxes is ripped and scuffed. I did get all the samples I asked for though.

I stupidly checked out on SNK and forgot to tick the limitless next day delivery box, so my item hasn't been sent yet. They are sneaky as they should recognise the account has limitless and default to next day.
Ah well something to look forward to next week. I wish the advent calendars would start releasing, feels like forever. I'm sure this time last year the very first ones had released .
