I was reading and looks like the refill is interchangable with other cushion foundations so may try see if I can find one that’s the right size. I also ordered white and pink as have these lipstick cases so they can match

It’s a shame they don’t have that offer on all the strengths. I’d be tempted to try it otherwise but I’m already on Medik8 3 so I suspect 1 would be rather weak in comparison.

Same 😅 The sales assistant asked me what I normally go for and when I said I normally go a shade darker he looked horrified; he was professional about it, but his face said it all 🤣 He asked why I don’t use bronzer to warm it up, and I said I have tried but don’t necessarily get the look I want. Anyway he nudged me into a chair and tested some on me, but as I said I had shopping to do, he just tested on my neck. To be fair, once he’d tried the shades, he did tidy it up with one that matched the foundation shade I had put on myself - he got much love for that 😌
I should go back really and let them do a full look on me, I’ve spent so much on make up this past year or so and even though I think I look good, clearly the professionals beg to differ 🤣

I just still have flashbacks from when a lovely sales assistant in SNK wiped off all my make up and put a skin tint on me and barely any other make up, and I had to do shopping still, and I’d also gotten the bus so I couldn’t even jump in my car and hide away 🙈😅

I did a big SK order a while ago and I’m a bit disappointed with the products so far. They’re ok, but I think I’ve decided/ realised that I prefer the luxury products which is why I love advents! I’m off to Korea in October and have heard such good things about the skincare so has anyone got any must have recommendations for ageing tending dryer skin with a tendency for Perioral dermatitis please? I went with lots of barrier support products but either don’t like the smell ( really important to me!) or just feel a bit underwhelmed. I can’t even see what the Haruharu black rice toner is doing and people seem to love this. Is it me?! Thanks!

@MrsBnow12 did you pick up any of the Dior Lucky Charm collection? I think I went a bit mad, I bought both eyeshadow palettes, a blush, both lipstick cases and the addict lipstick 541. It's annoying that the only gwp is for the perfume.

Im pleased to report I still have a face 😂 I used the sandwich method and just used warm water to wash this morning. Skin feels slightly tight but no redness so I've slathered it in a calming moisturiser and lots of spf. I used chatgpt to help me work out which of my moisturisers were most suitable to use with it. Im planning on using it twice a week to start with and work up gradually.

Thanks for the update! Keen to hear how you’re getting on with it after a couple of weeks. Sounds like you’ve found the right method though. What moisturisers are you using?

@JoRaRaRa I’ve got the pink Dior set in my basket - I do like the green and the Irish in me is saying I should get it, but I do prefer the pink.
Which blush did you go for? I like the pink but not sure if it’s too pink and I should go for the coral - I haven’t used Dior blush before so I’m unsure what the pigmentation is like.

That’s a huge compliment though, you clearly must have very good skin and naturally good-looking features if they didnt put much on! Though of course if you prefer a different look, it’s still not what you want but I’d be taking the win here! When I arrive, they’re like “ok, so this is our most heavy duty concealer” and “you should DEFINITELY start wearing lip liner now” 🥲
