Been eyeing this up for a few months now and it’s gone into the sale, yippee! The only thing is, it’s still £228. It’s probably a little more than I would like to spend considering I got something very similar on the high street for about £60 a few years ago in green and I’d like to buy a hat as well, so I’m wondering if I might still find something similar or if anyone has spotted anything similar recently? Or does anyone have it and can vouch for it? For context it’s a summer wedding, it’s mostly viscose so better value and more breathable than polyester I suppose Smile Would probably need the pink one in the pic taken up as the petite version is sold out.

Thanks everyone, I got it 😆 Didn’t get the hat yet but I always like to wear something on my head so I will have a look around, I do quite like this one as well!

How about a white hat with hot pink and spring green details?

dudsville · 30/06/2026 18:13

It's lovely, but why not wear the green one you already have and love?

That sounds absolutely hideous!

Buy the pink, it’s lovely, you look great in the green too.

Team no hat!

I like this - but would prefer a slightly bigger bow at the back. I’m all for the drama 😀

Any event that calls for a hat and where a caped cerise jumpsuit is entirely appropriate is, by definition, an event that embraces a statement. Preferably two.

Hats and clothes aren’t the sartorial equivalent of choosing between a smoky eye or a bold lip, in fact the opposite: one elevates the other exponentially.

Having spent the week before last at Ascot, the most successful looks don’t hold back. Trying to tame OPs stunning outfit choice with a fascinator or flower undermines the whole look which should lean towards drama.

god I love this post! Reading it has made my night, and reminded me why style and fashion can be so joyful. Thank you @DancingNotDrowning !

It’s so true! Love the sentiment of just going for those bold choices and having fun with it, it’s what it’s all about Smile
