i did a reverse image google search and it popped up these from next, m &s and PLT. There are other ones too on Amazon , ASOS, Boohoo and various other online stores. (I’ve never done a reverse search before and think it’s pretty helpful!

I was told by an assistant in M&S that their stocks have been really erratic this year so loads of one size in one style etc coming in so maybe worth keeping looking.

But the OP's question wasn't "Help me find a navy/black & white polka dot dress with small spots"???

Personally I am already tired of seeing polka dots everywhere, but the dress the OP likes has easily the most character of any of them, both shape- & pattern-wise.

The one issue I have with the larger dots is that the fabric needs to be cut carefully to ensure an equal distribution of the dots. This hasn't happened with the dress that the model is wearing, so one shoulder is spotty & the other is plain!!

That would really irritate me - I am the kind of person who, in a shop, would be sifting through all the size 18s to find one where the pattern was distributed symmetrically ....!
