Time for another thread. Spring and Summer releases are trickling out to tempt us AND the advent calendar waitlists are appearing...hope you are all feeling suitably Christmassy. 😂

I still use touche eclait. I’ve never found anything better for my dark under eyes. I always think of the spice girls when applying it as they introduced me to it via a magazine article many moons ago. I’ve been meaning to look to see if VB has anything similar because I bet this was her inspiration.

I did that and they’re showing as claimed on the app but they’ve not added to my balance! I think I’ll email Boots.

Oh how strange. I find boots points update very quickly after purchasing. It’s not obvious they’re your recycling points, but your receipt should have it listed within the total points awarded- eg 573 points would include the 500 bonus points

It is very odd. I did it at a manned till also in case I got it wrong at the self service tills! I have £250+ Boots points and tend to watch them like a hawk 😅

Placed a yesstyle order. If anyone else is placing one have a look at the Kisocare azelaic cream. I've been using 15% and I'm moving up to 20% hence the order. Fingers crossed, noticably diminishes redness and leaves skin lovely and smooth, no skin barrier issues. I've stocked up on the Zelens mask from Lbty advent so I'm using that with it. Prefer it to PC azelaic. Problem is the more frequently I use it the better the results and I've been trying to alternate with the MZ serum. Gone back to Medik8 peptides in the morning.
Also got some PDRN eye VT masks and other bits. I'm going to have to get started putting things on vinted and ebay.

Totally spoilt for choice.

Any other Korean hero products anyone would recommend?

@IlovePond i wasn’t able to stack codes on SK and I must have missed the info about adding the clare10 reference. Ah well. I’m going to attempt to avoid the urge to check on VAT rebate as that’s never going to end well, and I have £150 box arriving this week! @Hicupping i included azelaic acid in my monster SK order, although I can’t remember which brand….will report back when it arrives!

@Fillybuster - that’s a shame. The SK checkout can be a bit glitchy. If you leave checkout the codes disappear and have to be put in again, for example.

I think you might be surprised at how much credit by way of points you gained during the April promotion. I certainly didn’t expect to have £26 credit in my account. I shall wait until there is a particularly exciting box between now and their expiry in August. Failing that, I will stock up on haircare.

Sorry, I wasn’t very clear when I mentioned stacking codes. You can’t add CLARE10, then add another code in the same box, so the codes don’t stack in that way.

For anyone new to SK: There are separate boxes for each type of code at checkout. Any offer from SK adds automatically in box one, then you can click to apply coupons, (if any), then the next box is for points earned that you want to spend, (click the apply all button), then you put CLARE10, (or any other working code), in the next box.

I have worked out through trial and error that spending just under £50 qualifies orders for free shipping to the UK.

I pay via PP and orders usually arrive within 7-10 days.

I think I will hold on the JL summer box because isn’t the GWP box due to launch anytime now? Or have I got mixed up and this is in fact the GWP (£60) I was mistakenly thinking about? There have been soo many GWp/edits/offers recently that I’m loosing track.

Easy pass for me on the JL box despite having a £10 voucher that expires today. @Lonely12 i couldn’t find it until I remembered that early access only shows up in the app, not online. Hope that helps.

@IlovePond I couldn’t see an option to enter a referral code, only the automatic drop down which seems to self select, in the SK checkout page online. Maybe their app is easier? Forgot to say I also went for #23 based on a very unscientific 2 mins checking out concealers and foundations in Korean Seoul on Carnaby St when I was grabbing lunch last week!

@Beautyfox the JL GWP is due to launch shortly. Those of us with £10 off £60 suspect it will land sometime after that expires today. So the summer edit could reasonably form part of the spend, and I expect will probably sell quite fast once that lands. Sit tight!
