@ClutteredPalace I won’t be shopping there but I am happy that those who were very badly treated haven’t lost out and can choose for themselves.

Has anyone still found themselves banned?

My account has not been reinstated but then I haven’t contacted them at all. I’m not actually that bothered- I need to stop buying so much anyway.

Mine isn’t working and ironically got an email today asking for if I wanted to leave a trustpilot review for the products they did ship

I’m really sorry that your account doesn’t work, but it must be active on some level if it’s included in a group email?

I don’t know what they are trying to achieve by blocking customers.

I'm not buying with them now. I wanted to engage with CS just to see what they would say, and it appears to be my account was blocked and deleted as it was flagged for potential fraud. I pointed out when talking to them that the t&c's of the offer meant none of my transactions were fraudulent. So that's were I've got to - it was more an exercise in trying to find out the reasoning behind the ban.

@LightandBreezy Good for you, pointing out their own T&Cs. I am still baffled but not surprised that they are behaving like this. You haven’t done anything wrong and they are being ridiculous.

I am not buying from them either.

I contacted them via the live chat / messaging on the website and Trustpilot.
