Are these jeans flattering and suitable for me at 57?

Are these jeans flattering? They are a perfect fit , I am 5’2 and I haven’t worn jeans in years. I am old 57 for context and I am not sure if jeans are good at my age . They do feel really comfortable.

@OP I love the shoes you're wearing in the 2nd photo, I've forgotten what theyre called??? pointed, Please where did you get them from. You're one of those people who just throw on a scarf and looks parisian chic with no effort. By the way, I'm also 57 (next week infact) and 5ft 2.

@Nomura They are from LK Bennett , they are closing down sadly, I did buy at lot of my shoes from them. They have a sale online and might have some left.

You're not old at 57. Just stop it, we get enough slating from everyone else.

I don't think getting old or being old should be a negative thing. I'm proud and feel privileged to be getting old (50's). There shouldn't be pressure to be young forever.

I don’t personally like that style but as I’m a 65yo happily wearing M&S ‘Mom’ jeans I probably don’t qualify as a style guru.😂(even though my young adult daughter said they suited me, with no trace of irony)

Yes, they are meant to be cropped.

Jeans great, jacket great, belt great, understated jewellery great, love the loafers. You look fab. We’re the same age and I think the main difference between 57 and say, 27, is well fitted clothes matter. At 27 I could wear some baggy vintage item from a second hand store and look good, not so much now.
