Camo gear at 63

I went out to the pub tonight to meet a friend wearing camo trousers, a green fleece, a baukjen camo jacket and army boots.
Some wag asked me if Id just come off manoeuvres on Salisbury Plane and everyone laughed.
How can I get away with wearing camo at 63? Maybe not so much all at once next time. Mix it up a bit? Im not even sure if its ok at my age but I do LOVE the baukjen jacket. Please style my camo jacket for me!

I think the OP was referring to me, not that JDM is a medical condition, but JDM is part of my username. I read it the same as you @MartinCrieffsHat and even googled what condition JDM was. 😆

I sometimes wear full camo but only when out bird spotting. I love khaki too.

I try not to match it with a bright colour when I can, so camo trousers and a bright pink/red top.

I agree with @ScoutOfTheSoftHeartsClub - something slinky and a bit girly would complement the army fatigues beautifully. It's not your age, and you don't need to tone down your overall look, just mix it up a bit.
