Fitted tops to go with wide leg trousers ( jeans, cords)

Hi - am five foot one and have discovered wide leg crop trousers are the perfect length for me . I will link the actual style next, but they are very flat fitted on the hip and waist and then widen .They have patch pockets on the front and so its nice to show the pockets.
Being short , jumpers tend to end too low and wont show the pockets. So bought from vinted , a new body that fitted really well and showed the pockets and really need a few similar fitted tops to wear with this style- fitted to the side of the body to follow the line of the waist of the trousers , that can be tucked in not bunching out as I a simply not long enough !
Any ideas for this sort of top to pair with the trousers/ jeans would be much much appreciated!
( for casual evenings out , gigs , and even more formal)
I will try and post a pic of the style …. Thanks!!
ps nothing floaty please- I got a new bra from a expensive shop and as I am narrow ( bust 30dd) floaty shapes just stick off my bust and create too much of a triangle shape )

Body style tops and fitted ribbed tops (all can be found in small sizes Zara, Mango, Other stories, Uniqlo) will tuck in neatly but for me I find they make my (B cup) boobs look huge. I end up feeling people are talking to my chest.

Im short and petite so it’s easy for my upper half to look ‘all boob’.

Personally I wouldn’t go for the skin tight tops in thinner fabrics (which many of the ribbed and body tops are). The merino wool Uniqlo jumpers or some of the cropped fitted knits in Zara/Mango are fitted but not super tight.

🤣🤣🤣 well, they suit me and the OP very well indeed.

@Ginandbitterlemons For evenings, tall tall tall spike heels, I’ve worn sequinned / pailettes vest top, also think a tight fitting bright white shirt with sleeves pushed back and collar popped is a fab evening look, glamorous, classy yet effortless not too try hard. See Sharon Stone at an Oscars back when.

@GrinchWithAConscience what an odd thing to say!

I have very similar proportions height wise and have got a couple of nice tops from next recently, they have a sort of see through flower print which looks good with a cami underneath (or not if you have the stomach for it!)
