Pull on comfortable summer trousers?

I have become a bit addicted to trousers that are comfortable and don’t have a button etc.

Can anyone recommend any stylish pull on trousers for summer?

I'm 5' 2", 9 stone with a bit of a tum and bought size SMALL - Uniqlo have so many sizes! They have XS and XXS.

In other stores I would be a 12 or Medium.

Thank you so much, I've just ordered a few pairs in the same size, I wasn't sure to go for small or medium as a 12.

I've just picked up some cream wide leg crepe trousers from Tesco with elasticated waist. Can wear them casual or dress them up. For casual wear I loved next Jersey joggers

The bums always stretch and make me appear to be wearing a nappy :(

during the summer I live in M&S linen trousers, they have elastic waist and a drawstring tie. Love the , they are comfy and stylish.

These are my favourites. I have several colours. They're cropped, but I'm 5 ft 5 and they're only a little shorter than usual trousers tbh

@Westfacing the Uniqlo trousers arrived and they are a great shape with soft lightweight material. Do you wear T-shirt style tops or blouses/shirts with them?

I've no recommendations but your post reminded me of my husband's complete bafflement when I told him I was shopping for 'pull on' trousers. He said 'How else would you get them on?' I had to explain that I meant trousers with an elasticated waist and no, I don't know why they're called pull on trousers. (Unless it's because we don't like the idea of elasticated waists...)

@Westfacing thankyou thankyou thankyou! I went past a Uniqlo yesterday and bought them. I am 5,3 and got a medium. Perfect length. I’m going to order in other colours. They are my fave thing ever!! So light and look smart and dress down all at once. Love them !!

I tried on the Uniqlo ones. I have chunky thighs. I’m a 16 in M&S and while I fitted into the Uniqlo ones they were tight on my thighs.

I wear them with fitted T-shirt style tops, but as they aren't wide and baggy I expect they would also look good with a looser blouse/shirt top.

I'm glad you like them! As you say they are lightweight, but they're not flimsy.

I had been coveting these for ages and only bought them when they went on sale. They’re so comfortable and look great with a t shirt and trainers or with a smart shirt and flats for work.
