Warning. M&S Sienna jeans change in size!

I know they aren’t the most stylish but I love M&S Sienna jeans. I ordered a new pair and picked them up today. I noticed that the internal label had changed and thought I’d best try them on to be sure they fit before I washed them.

Good job I did, they are notably smaller. Same size, same style, same length but a lot smaller.

I just thought I’d warn others. There is one or two reviews in the website saying the same.

The picture shows them lined up at one side and you can see the difference is noticeable.

That’s the opposite of vanity sizing. Vanity sizing would be the other direction - so what used to be a 14 would now be a 12 for example, the “vanity” part meaning it’s meant to make people feel better even though their inches/cm haven’t changed.

People on this thread have noticed M&S sizes getting bigger and getting smaller - which goes to show how unreliable and inconsistent their sizing is, which is very frustrating for customers.
