Yes - get a pedi and buy some heel balm - will set you up for rest of summer!

Bleugh - Dh brushed his foot against mine last night and it was like sandpaper - he is getting them sorted today or is in the spare room!

Mine are really bad, dh's feet are more feminine than mine. I've got one of those little knives so I usually do it myself. Jessica have got some lovely things in their range for nasty feet.

largeginandtonic · 12/05/2008 10:11

Will get on that, what magic cream is there to sort out my heels then?

SugaryBits · 12/05/2008 10:13

I was recommended Flexitol on here the other day. I have ordered two tubes of heel balm. I am expecting great things!

You need a foot file and some neurtogena foot cream.

File them when dry and the hard/dry skin comes off like powder (I had a BIG pile of it in the bottom of teh bath...EWWW) then apply lots of nuertogena foot cream -after filing and morninag d before bed.

My feet are lush...

And for those on a budget, a cheesegrater will do

Heifer · 12/05/2008 10:24

do you seriously notice people heels!

Bloody hell, there is just too much for me to worry being judged on!

I wore my flip flops and shorter length trousers yesterday and had to go back upstairs to sort out hairy ankles/toes and reapply nail varnish - that was effort enough...

Heels, whatever next!.....

Yes, I think I notice heels and nails. And I'm a scruffbag, so I don't know why I'm eyeing up other people's feet.

I have booked an appointment at chiropodist too. This is largely because woman came up to me on Saturday and said 'I always look at your feet. You always wear such nice shoes.'

This isn't true, I mostly wear Converse. But now I know she's looking.

largeginandtonic · 12/05/2008 10:29

Ok will get some when i'm out, car knackered so that may not be for some time.

Will put socks and boots back on in the meantime. That may be fiction too

lazarou · 12/05/2008 10:31

I love going to the chiropodist. I love my feet being messed with, it's so relaxing. Anyway, check out the jessica nails website. I used to use their products when i was a beauty therapist, and they really are brilliant. They smell nice too.

MrsBadger · 12/05/2008 10:33

[makes appt with chiropod]

Flexitol makes all the skin on my heels flakey and more rhino-like than ever.

Have yet to find a way of improving my munting feet.

I always notice feet, and some of them are appalling.

Quite apart from looking hideous, surely it hurts, all those cracks and hard bits?

Some bits of me need attention, but my feet are always good.
