Microneedling - Does it work for aging skin?

Can anyone recommend it? At the age of 39 I'm noticing sagging skin, especially around the neck area and it's bothering me.

I've seen quite a few videos on YouTube which recommend microneedling.

Mr Pen seems to be a good microneedling brand. Does anyone find the microneedling has rejuvenated ir improved their skin?

I’d say microneedling can work, but it’s not a miracle fix. It helps with texture, fine lines and gives the skin a fresher look over time, though it usually takes a few sessions. My friend’s mum actually had it done with PRP at a clinic (R3 Stem Cell Mexico) and while it didn’t make her look twenty again, her skin definitely looked smoother and healthier without that “overdone” look.
So yes, it can improve ageing skin, but it’s more of a gradual refresh than a dramatic lift.

I do microneedling at home sometimes but also maintain a routine as shared in order to get the maximum output. Only microneedling doesn't work always.
