Which pieces are worth buying in Primark?

I’m going to Primark to top up my wardrobe. I have some expensive pieces which I mix with cheaper ones.

I’m 44, size 10, 5’4”. Open to new styles so don’t want to restrict options. Please suggest anything you’ve liked.

I have some long sleeved cotton t-shirts from there in a few different colours which are great, bought 3 or 4 winters ago and have been washed multiple times and still looking great. Also basic vest tops.

However, last winter I looked at the tops which appeared very similar but were much poorer quality. I think they chop and change suppliers a lot so you can't just say because you've bought jeans / pyjamas / flip flops in the past that they will be the same quality now.

I get my basics from there. A lot of their basic tops are 100% cotton and relatively cheap compared to other shops. I wouldn't buy jeans or anything else from there really as it is low quality.
One thing I learnt recently though is to compare arm lengths and overall length of the garment on items the same size. I saw a lady doing this and when I did two size 10 tops, they had a difference of over an inch in the sleeve length!

Ive just bought a gorgeous chocolate brown distressed leather jacket from there that I absolutely love. Quality wise its probably about the same as somewhere like Mango or Zara.
Cost me £10 in the sales!

If you arent a brand snob then its well worth checking out there sale coats, some of them are really nice.
