No Next VIP invite?

Has anyone else not received a VIP invite yet to the Next sale? I usually receive one for every sale but I know slots went out 2 days ago and I’ve still had nothing. I can’t book one through my account either. I have a NextPay account, and I thought that all credit account holders are invited as one of the perks?

I had a text yesterday saying as you forgot to book your VIP slot we’ve done it for you, and they gave me 9pm last night. But I never received the original text/email invite. All very strange.

I was just checking this too. How odd. I order all year round.

The kids stuff goes very quickly on the VIP sale. But then I normally see more on boxing day. TU has loads of lovely girls stuf and I preferred it and m&s for sleep suits rompers etc.

Regular Next user, no sale invite.

My slot was yesterday at 4.30 and I received another email today saying that my slot starts at 1.30 today. It's worth checking again and again if you have your eye on something as I see some stuff has come back into stock, it wasn't there yesterday.

You did well! I'm trying not to think of how much I spent too!! 😅 Compensating by thinking "at least they are bargains" Oh well at least we have a while to pay it off 🤑

I had a slot yesterday and bought loads, I think it must be getting ready to ship as I tried to cancel something and was told it was too late as it was being processed. I actually managed to get towels as well as clothes and they usually go ever so quick. Last year they gave me a slot very late after a lot of people already had them so they must do them in batches.

My armchair and dining chairs have already been booked for a delivery. Both being delivered by the end of the year. Much better service so far this year.

I don't understand this. I always get the emails. I have had several this year. I never book. I'm not that interested. But when I log on to my account there is a VIP tab which takes me to the sale.

You can view the sale through your account, get the product numbers etc but you can't add anything to the basket until you have a slot or the sale starts proper

I picked up dining table and chairs, matching shelves and the rocking chair.

Furniture delivery was £££ though. Admittedly I ordered in two batches though as I wanted to secure athe table as it's the perfect size for my space.

I can 🙁. I can add it to my basket and proceed and get to the page where the tab says 'complete order'.

I get confused every year by the talk of slots. I get emails saying 'don't forget to book your slot'. I never book anything. But when I go into my account I have a VIP tab top right. If I click on it I get a VIP sale page with all the categories. I then can just purchase stuff on sale.

That's weird, I couldn't put things iny basket until 7pm last night when my slot started, perhaps there's a glitch with your account. I wouldn't tell them though 😆

Same here! I went on to view and thought maybe I could at least add them to basket but I couldn't until the time slot began. Lucky you burntheleaves! I wonder if you can begin at any time!! Definitely say nothing lol

Yes me too. I think I've bought far too much and tried to cancel some but there's no option to cancel 🙈 usually it takes a few weeks for sale stuff to come and you have time to cancel , it even said delivered by 15th Jan. I hope dh is at work when it all comes 😅

Remember to check your spam folder, I always find a lot of useful messages in there, just like you can't avoid ads in your inbox, the spam folder always has some useful info.

Order is ready to collect! Surely a record as normally a month or so for next sale

I had one of the items I ordered delivered this morning. I was a bit shocked.

I never got one and I order on a regular basis, and I'm an unlimited member. I've got a VIp invite some years when I've only ordered a couple of times.

But the next sale is rubbish !
