No Next VIP invite?

Has anyone else not received a VIP invite yet to the Next sale? I usually receive one for every sale but I know slots went out 2 days ago and I’ve still had nothing. I can’t book one through my account either. I have a NextPay account, and I thought that all credit account holders are invited as one of the perks?

I think last sale they did a tiered system where only certain people could preview- I couldn’t preview last time but I can this time. There’s not as much that I want to buy this time around!!

Is the sale actually any good? What kind of things are included and what level of reductions?

I barely shop at NEXT and never the sale and I got a slot? 🤷‍♀️

Just tried this link and it says the sale is closed. They clearly don't want me to have access this year 🤣

I always usually get a slot, and nothing - on website says missing out ny not having next pay or pay in 3 but I have an account already. Weird...

Got mine yesterday

They used to list the things online you had to do to get an invite, which included having a Next Pay account, being signed up to their marketing, and having placed an order that season (that wasn't 50% or more returned) and there seemed to be a pattern that the more you spent the sooner you'd get your invite. I've no idea if any of this is still true, (in the days of catalogues you had to subscribe for the £3.99 catalogue), I think I read you need to have ordered in the last sale too but that might have been hear say.

I get an invite each time doing these things but I don't order as much these days and it's been a while since I've managed to get the earliest slot.

Mine is for today at 4.30pm…. I have had a quick look at the preview , so know what I’m looking at getting.
I order around once every 2 months

Lots of things are 60% off…. I buy loads for my GC in the next sizes up

Did anyone get anything nice? I got a few borg zip up fleeces for myself and a few things for dc. Missed out on a lovely burgundy coat for dd, it must have sold put straight away. I'll keep looking incase someone returns one!

I got some new work shirts for DH (well worth it at 50% off), Christmas pjs and jumpers for DC to wear next year, and some gym clothes for me. Better than I thought I’d do.

Did my shopping at 5pm ….got lots of bits for GC….. lots of sizes gone already….won’t be much left after today I would say

I got stuff for my youngest dd in the next size up including wellies, trainers and sandals.
I also got some wrapping paper 🙂

The kids stuff usually goes very quickly, but I managed to get some trousers and trainers for them. A black Borg jacket, work trousers and shoes and waterproof regatta walking shoes for me - all of which I really needed, so I’m very happy!

I think it’s a good sale if you can get a slot - the shop itself is carnage if you go. Just nabbed myself a new winter coat for 34 reduced from 80 something, and new leather boots for 34 from 70 something (I wasn’t really paying attention to the full price I just needed bargains). That’ll do for me. I wanted pjs but don’t really have enough money for those at the moment. Am chuffed about the coat and boots though as they’ll last me through for next year.

my current boots have a hole in the sole so it’s been soggy walking in the rain!

I can rest easy now I’ve been able to order 😅 super pleased with what I managed to get. Loads of clothes for dd in the next few sizes up and clothes for our summer holiday for ds. We have two weddings next year, so also managed to nab suits for dp and ds and dresses for me and dd! Though I’m trying not to think of the amount I spent!

It's frustrating isn't it? Now there's no chance of getting it at all, I was actually holding off on something until after Xmas as we are away and didn't want it coming while away. Didn't think it would be in the sale but it was and now it's completely sold out. I would have been happy to pay full price , ah well!

I've ended up with a new Sherlock armchair, six Laura Ashley dining chairs (we do need these), Nike air for DD and Clark's shoes for work and dd school 😮

We now need to await the ‘sorry, your order is delayed’ and ‘sorry, we are unable to delivery this item anymore’ emails!

I called them up and complained about not having a slot and got a £20 gift voucher!
