Where are we all buying Tretinoin now?

Hi

I'm looking for somewhere new to buy Tret online, both places I've used before are now just gaps in the internet. (Tretinoin Shop UK and Tretinoin Youth). I usually pay around £30 with delivery for a small tube.
I'd prefer not to use a subscription service because I only use two to three nights a week for maintenance now I used to use Dermatica but they had very short use by dates so i had no option other than buying at least ten times a year. I've only needed two normal tubes since May of 23 so quite a significant amount less Tret in the bin.

Thank you. I swear it’s easier to buy class A drugs 🤦‍♀️

This made me laugh so much!

Shop - Pharmasonline
10% off with code; pharmas10, at checkout.
I've ordered twice, bought three tubes all dated exp. 03/27.

I went on that site, searched Tretinoin, but it said products not found!

faustina · 11/11/2024 19:58

@Bignanna - that's really odd. The link should take you straight to the page with all the tretinoin products. I clicked on it a few weeks ago and have just done it again with the same result. - and following @PiggyPigalle 's recommendation I ordered some with no problems - arrived very fast. The code worked too. Try again!

Their website is a bit clunky. Also they only seem to stock small amounts, takes a couple of days to come back in. Fresh though and long use by date, I ordered 6 and had to wait a day for stock.

I've used both dermatica (sp) and skin and me. Neither did anything for me. I moved up strength and hated the peeling.
I'm considering using medi8 now but it's spendy

LilacLilyBird · 13/11/2024 07:22

I bought loads in Majorca last time I was there

It'll be a nice excuse to go back once I run out

Mine are dated till 2025

GreyBlackBay · 30/12/2024 12:27

An update. I'd been buying from skin and me quite happily but realised it really is very expensive.

Thought I'd give Skinorac a go, postage was expensive so thought I may as well order loads.

I got 6 tret 0.025 (the highest I go) , a 10% vitamin C and the eyelash growing solution. It was $90 I think including the PayPal fees but I could not get PayPal to work at all.

Ended up paying by crypto which was a risk, no way to get it back if they don't show up. Was $75 by crypto since no PayPal fees and 10% crypto discount. The crypto transfer fees were £2.

Ordered on the 22nd and arrived today. All the tubes are dated 09/26 so I'll probably get through them.

Shegotanology · 19/04/2025 21:46

Anyone still buying tret?
If so, any recs?

Trallala · 19/04/2025 22:40

Skinorac. The Amazon voucher is a small faff but secure and it came in a week.

@Trallala

Did you buy the Amazon gift cards from UK Amazon and if so how did you work out how to exchange them into $? I can’t work out how to do this!

Thanks

Trallala · 21/04/2025 08:58

I converted the order + delivery total (just using Google) and then rounded it up to the nearest £ and bought the gift card, and then sent it to myself as the gift recipient. I was a bit nervous it wasn't going to work but it was all fine

Trallala · 21/04/2025 08:59

Sorry, I should clarify, I bought an e-gift card and used my own email as the recipient

I use skin + Me too. You can pause it so if a tube that's supposed to be a month's worth will last you 3 mo this, you just change the delivery date or pause it. You can make requests about tret percent and there was a Q&A a while back the date of the doser isnt a use by it's just when you'd run out if you used it daily. Im pretty sure once you start using it, it's OK for a year like most moisturisers. If left unused it would be fine for ages as no air has got to it.
Also I read this interesting article about the levels of tret:

https://www.dearbrightly.com/are-higher-strengths-of-tretinoin-always-better/

Link below for first and 5th month for free just £2.95 p&p (it gets me £10 off my next month)

I use Reliable Rx Pharmacy. Which was recommended on a previous mumsnet thread. It all felt a bit dodgy but it has always arrived and is 1/3 of the price of skin+ me.

tret is not available over the counter in all areas of Spain.

Chez344 · 25/05/2025 11:04

Hi I was really struggling to find it too. But I’ve now found a reliable contact that I get mine from and it works out a lot cheaper than I was paying before. If anyone is still struggling I can share the details as I know how bad it is when you’re running out and can’t find any. I thought I was going to have to stop using it 😂

HolidayHappy123 · 25/05/2025 12:11

Does anyone find that Dermatica strips dye from your hair? I keep waking up with a brown stain around my temples and I can’t think what else it could be?

NatalWoman · 25/05/2025 21:00

I use ‘Uncouth skincare.’ I cancelled Dermatica because they did not inform me of my prescription before sending it to me. I had no option to choose. Uncouth allows me to request what I want. I have 0.1 Tret/Azelaic acid/Tran. Ex. Acid/Hy. Acid prescription. Also works out slightly cheaper per month. I have a referral code if anyone is interested.

I stopped dermatica because I wasn’t getting through it quickly enough and was still having peeling after several months. Really liking the medik8 stuff, more expensive but feels lovely going on and no flakiness at all
