Hi all, I have a wedding at the beginning of October and need a dress. I don't have a lot of money to spare so I can't spend an awful lot. I wondered about this dress?

I think it’s gorgeous, and I also don’t get what the fuss over the fabric is all about! If I was paying £50 I’d expect it to be good quality, it’s not like we’re talking about an £8 dress from Primark!

I very rarely love dresses I click on on Mumsnet but this one is gorgeous.

I think often people are disappointed when stuff turns up and it feels like a cheap dress from primark. I’m not a fan of polyester. It makes me feel sweaty and it clings and not in a good way. Fabric is often my first check when shopping online, even on Vinted it’s good to check as some peoples idea of a silk dress or a wool jumper just means it looks a bit like one and is made from the dreaded polyester.

Well it needed a bra that’s a certainty. Otherwise an upward tilted teams camera!

It’s not made from polyester- it’s viscose.

yes good dress, as others have said get a good full body under slip to help with the fabric movement over your body.. fake tan legs or good colour tights.
