Please fix my eyebags

I’m only 38, I’ve always had dark circles but they’ve grown into proper eye bags now and I feel so haggard. The rest of my skin is very clear, slightly combination.

Id love to hear anything that has worked, Botox or lifestyle, Facebook creams.

Thanks so much x

They almost always arent, especially if as in OPs case, they appear after dark eye circles which are invariably allergies /sinus, causing lymphatic buildup.

Surgeons and those looking for a quick fix, would have you believe otherwise.

How do you think you know better than someone who's had a successful experience of surgery?

You're not talking from experience.

I use “My perfect eyes” costs less than £15, bottle lasts for ages and product stays put all day.
shake it for 10-15 secs put small amount under the eyes and wait for it to dry, works straight away but you can’t use oil based foundation etc on top.
its nothing short of a miracle worker.

I don't think bleph surgery is a sick American habit or done to attract men!

I also agree with others that you won't get rid of eye bags like that by cutting out dairy and doing lymphatic drainage. It's a straightforward day procedure, and one I would have in the future if need be. There's an informative thread somewhere in style and beauty.

Oh please....
changing foods will not get rid of eye bags. Eliminating dairy can lead to more damage like weak bones- too little calcium.

Surgery works very well if it's done properly.

I don't get women who condemn surgery but are happy to have their hair cut/dyed, use make up etc.

It's a personal choice.

As for it being a 'sick American habit'- really?

Yes, it will since most are to do with sinus and allergies. She is only 38, she can turn it round. I have at an older age
As to calcium there are plenty of other better sources, this is not novel news.
Afterall Japanese women traditionally had less osteo than western women, and no dairy.
But since introduction of Western diet that gap is getting smaller.

Yes really of course plastic surgery is an American trend although its everywhere now.
And in 2021 it grew in the US by a whopping 54%.
You dont think thats sick?
You are not a car to have parts chopped. Surgery cause trauma one way or another and mistakes happen.
Its born out of self loathing, the search for perfection and the crassest of beauty ideals, and of course group and marketing manipulation that plays on ones insecurities.
And it is addictive, once started, hard to stop, a 'tweak' here or there'.
Cut cut cut, money money money

As to cutting your hair being the same as cutting flesh, thats a stupid sick analogy.
But yes you are free to chop yourself up as long as no one else is involved, and you dont burden the NHS if it goes wrong.
Knock yourself out

Tear trough filler OP! It was a game changer for me. Didn't hurt at all, got rid of any dark circles. Make sure you go to a medically trained practitioner though and not a high street beautician. That's if you want to have it done. (That's not me in the pic)

I know it’s not @BorisJohnsonsWigGlue in the photo. Quite by chance, I have just come across a remarkably similar photo advertising a different eye product.

In the longterm that could make it worse, heavy creamy things under eyes increases bags

I mean you do you, but if the choices here are

a. Pony up multiple thousands of pounds to have non-essential surgery
b. Cut out all dairy apart from for some reason butter and put myself on a (caps optional) PARSLEY diet
c. take my chances with a few dots of concealer when I’d like to look a bit less like Droopy but generally just learn to embrace my imperfections

I’m going c every time 😁

Did she have nasolabial fold filler as well, because those are also improved in the 'after' photo.
