The first one I absolutely love, but it's expensive for a swimsuit and might be a pita to return if it doesn't fit.

I don't mind this accessorize one and it looks more supportive.

Really want a nice pastel coloured swimsuit but I struggle so much with swimwear fitting properly.

Totally with you on the wretched high legs. Why are so many swimsuits cut this way at the moment?! I also don't want to to parade around with my arse cheeks on display. Who is designing these things and who do they think they're designing them for?! Gives me the rage.
Anyway, it's not pastel, but this was the best I can find and I can confirm it's not high leg and is very flattering:

They're both ok. Quite pretty. I just think they will look dingy pretty quickly.

StormingNorman · 25/07/2024 20:33

I love the second one. It looks like Pucci swimwear for ten times the price!

WonderingWanda · 25/07/2024 20:36

White swimsuits always go yellow in the chlorine and pale ones are a nightmare if they get fine sand in them.

I like Boden swimsuits they are really good quality and last ages. They also do discount codes really frequently

You need very perky boobs for the 2nd one!

Retro Boho Crossback Tummy Control One Piece Swimsuit-Cupshe UK

There's other on this website but most seem to be designed for people with no backside!

And some really weird tan lines.

Much prefer this over either of the original two!

If you’re near a Bravissimo I highly recommend for excellent bra & swimwear fitting

HowIrresponsible · 26/07/2024 09:17

I find the fatface brand of swimsuit very supportive, nice shapes and bright colours

1st is lovely, 2nd not so.

sausawyee · 26/07/2024 10:14

Have you looked at Pour Moi?

The first is very obviously Florida/Tommy Bahama style as it is Hilfiger. I believe in spending the most you can on swimwear

Thank you for all the tips and links.

I've also found two more that I'm considering but they are a lot more money and are a bit different to what I was originally looking for.

Might be a bit more practical though?

OP, l like the Tropica one, the leg ties are nice but yet another one quite high on the back. I’ll never understand why.

l have previously returned a Bravissimo swim suit. Support is one thing (l’m a 36F cup) but it was like scaffolding and thick fabric. I think you really need something that dries quickly. This was like wearing a soggy padded bra and l felt like a wet tee shirt competition reject.

Notellinganyone · 26/07/2024 14:19

I’ve got a Prima Donna bikini that cost £120 but it’s currently on its 8th year. It’s really worth spending more for decent quality.

Commonsense22 · 26/07/2024 14:22

The first one looks much more expensive than the price difference reflects. I think it's significantly more sophisticated and elegant than the second.

BurbageBrook · 27/07/2024 21:45

Prefer the second. Next generally has quite good quality swimwear.
