Help me find a colourful, bright midi dress please

For a wedding. I had my invite upgraded from evening to full day guest quite late in the game! Need a dress quick, under 2 weeks.

Want something colourful! Preferably with short sleeves and pockets and flattering on a tummy (pre-operative hernia). Colour will make me feel more confident in my body that I'm not currently friends with.

Budget up to £100.

you need much smaller than an 8? I have a 16 and it isn’t as long and isn’t as generous as I’d hopef, so they might all come up smallish. It’s an absolute bargain now if alterations could be done

Trouble is I'm a 4ft 11 size 12. So would need to raise the hem and probably alter where the waist sits. Though I suppose that is possible. It is gorgeous.
