Help me find a colourful, bright midi dress please

For a wedding. I had my invite upgraded from evening to full day guest quite late in the game! Need a dress quick, under 2 weeks.

Want something colourful! Preferably with short sleeves and pockets and flattering on a tummy (pre-operative hernia). Colour will make me feel more confident in my body that I'm not currently friends with.

Budget up to £100.

Lovely and light and cool if we’re back in heatwave territory. Very flattering - has a shirred panel at the back which makes it a very comfy fit. Has pockets! Looks a bit dark in the website pictures but is very cheerful in person.

Favourite colourful dresses that I've got come from Popsy, Twisted Wunder, Jolie Moi, Joanie and Sugarhill Brighton. I've also got an amazing wide legged jumpsuit (that looks like a dress) from DLSB, they do loads of colourful things.

Nobody's Child and Never Fully Dressed also do lots of lovely dresses

On the Fatface website it's available in sizes 6 to14.

This is much nicer in real life than on the website, I have the green one, and would wear it to a summer wedding with the right accessories. It’s also very comfortable and has pockets! The sizing comes up very big, even for hush though, I went down a size from my usual hush size.

I don't have specific links but have found Warehouse and ASOS also worth a look when I have been looking for similar .

There will be loads to choose from so try and filter out re colour , style of dress - you said midi and size .

Have a think about how formal the do will be , where the venue is - will it be chilly in a draughty church e.g and you may need a jacket , duster coat etc . Also what bags / shoes that you already have / which might work and with which colours .

I love “girl in mind”’s “Britney” dress. Unfortunately no pockets, but very kind to tummies, lovely fluttery sleeves and very comfortable. It’s available in so many patterns/colours and there’s loads on Vinted too if you want a bit of a bargain.

I’m returning to work in September after maternity leave (professional job where I tend to wear nice dresses with smart jackets) and I’ve bought 6 off Vinted and sewn up the slits to make them more professional. Now I’m really looking forward to going back!

This is actually a lovely dress (it looks beautiful on the second model on the website, especially with the belt) but my god why have they made the first model look so bad?
