I don't really "need" a new facial oil but had a tough time lately and I'm taking pleasure from lovely scents and products, what's your favourite "ooh this feels so luxurious" oil?

(No sensitivities, dry tenancy skin)

For those who use Nuxe to remove mascara...can I ask how??? Like do you massage it in? Rub with a cotton pad?

Face: Clarins blue orchid face treatment oil (night or day) and Pai Rosehip oil (Best for night time).
I also keep a spray bottle of Elizabeth Arden's 8 hour All Over Miracle Oil which I love using on my face, my scalp (nice scalp massage with this), body.
And I LOVE Clarins body oil 'anti-eau', which I love using on my legs- they're prone to heaviness and fatigue. I just love this tonic for them.
I love oils! I find them so therapeutic and they are fantastic for menopausal skin that just needs more.

After you wash if it's a facial oil
The cleansing ones are usually labelled as such

The Herbivore Lapis oil is wonderful

Clarins Blue Orchid is lovely. I also have an M&S one that smells great... cant remember which one and haven't got it with me though.

Bimblesalong · 21/07/2024 07:00

Another vote for Clarins blue orchid although I’ve recently swapped to Aesop. Divine!

ChardonnaysBeastlyCat · 21/07/2024 07:16

A Beauty Pie one, Jamana.

Smells lovely.

I have the Sunday Riley CEO Glow and Luna from kits. I like both but the Luna gives me a grey tinge?

CultOfRamen · 21/07/2024 08:19

Put it on a cotton pad the same way with any mascara remover

Clarins Blue Orchid smells like nothing else on earth! It’s been around ages so won’t have the most up to date ingredients but it’s sooo good.

If you want to know about a good facial cleansing oil, Super Facialist Vitamin C+ Brighten Cleansing Oil is wonderful.

No33 · 21/07/2024 20:43

I also love that nuxe one

I have the spray for my legs and body

Absolutely this too

This is one of my regular rebuys

I bought Pai Light Work Rosehip cleansing oil for in the shower , I don't wear much make-up but it will remove it .

To moisturise Skinn there's a Luminous and a Divine ( Luminous is richer )

Sisley Paris- Black Rose

Seconded. Stupidly expensive but worth every penny.

I love the Husk and Seed day and night oils, wonderful for the skin, and the night oil in particular smells gorgeous.
