Are gels on toes a waste of money ?

I've never had gels on toes. I think toe gel lasts longer than finger nails ?

Is it a waste of money or should I go for it for the summer ?

For me the advantage of gels is you leave the salon with dry nails, no worrying about smudging your polish on the way home (which I have done).

Same. My toes rarely chip or wear with normal polish so I don’t see the point in gel.

This. Only benefit to doing toes tbh esp if it's cold out and wearing flip flops isn't an option. No smudge worries. I find regular polish lasts ages on toes anyway and I hate the removal process for gels. It's a necessary evil on hands to avoid chips but don't need to subject my feet to it too. Why wreck healthy natural nails for not much benefit.

Agreed. Also, your toes are further away from your eyes, so it’s easier to do a passable patch-up job on chips in your toenails. Especially if you use glittery polish.

Regular polish chips easily,tbh I like getting a pedicure with gel polish, they pamper your feet,shape your toenails before applying the gel polish,there is a lot colours to choose from .It all cost £25....It last 4 week , where as regular polish last one week.

Totally agree. Toe nails don't chip/wear that easily.
