OMG the new Uniqlo bag designs!

OK, I know not everyone is a fan of these bags but I can't get enough of them, they're exactly right for me and what I carry round daily. I already own this bag in six different colourways/styles and really cannot justify buying more, but I have a feeling I know how this is going to play out... 😂

Ooh, I would so go for those if they had more pockets. I’m an adult and I happen to like bright colours and prints - so what.

Good grief, it’s horrible. Fun I spose if you’re a zany sort of character and you wear it with your purple Dr Martens with rainbow laces, but it’s not what you would call stylish.

Love the Uniqlo x Marimekko collab - it’s one of their better ones IMHO and I usually buy a piece or two each year.

This year I’ve ordered the blue floral bag as it’s pretty enough to wear with an otherwise plain navy dress accessorised with sky blue scarf and sandals for a wedding. It’s just a pop of colour and fun.

Sensibly, it has a navy strap. The pink one is rather spoilt by the white strap - that’s what gives it the child/lunchbox look, and it’ll get grubby in no time. I don’t like Roka as they’re all made in China yet try too hard with their greenwashing shtick.

I love Marimekko, OP - and Finnish design in general, I have lots of Finnish stuff in my home, absolutely adore their textile and furniture design in general.
