Just that really. I wash mine every other day but might start doing it every day.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday without fail. Works for my hair and my schedule. I have chin length thick wavy hair.

If I am on a beach holiday, I will rinse but not shampoo on the off days.

My hairs long and quite thick. I wash it every other day or sometimes every 3 days if I’m wearing it up/not going anywhere.

I’d love to wash it everyday so I had good hair everyday but it takes over an hour to wash and Dyson air wrap it how I like and I can’t be bothered to do that multiple times a week.

I just don’t feel good when I haven’t washed my hair though, it won’t matter how good my makeup or outfit is, if my hair feels greasy then I don’t feel right.

Daily. I have shoulder length quite fine hair that doesn't take long to wash and dry. If I skip a day it's very visibly greasy by midday and flat to my head. I've tried not washing every day to see if it helps but it doesn't and to be honest I don't feel clean if it's not washed.

Every other day but that means every other day is a bad hair day!

I always wake up with severe bed hair so if Im going out of the house its washed so at least 5 days a week. I use the tiniest amount of shampoo ( soft water ) barely a pea size amount

Every 7-10 days I don't understand how people find the time to wash daily. The whole process takes me over an hour.

Must depend on the hair type. Mine is chin length and quite fine, and I don’t do any styling. Takes me 5 mins to wash, condition and comb, and 5 mins to roughly blow dry - and if have no time, I let it dry naturally. I have to keep it simple as it really needs daily washing. I pay quite a lot for a quality cut which takes care of itself.

People used to say that washing it so frequently encourages the oiliness. But maybe that's baloney?

I have tried periods of washing it less frequently to see if washing it so much was making it greasy, but it makes no difference - same greasy mess, it never gets any better. My skin is oily too. I think I’m just an oily person!
