How to grow hair!

I've been trying to grow my hair now for the past 6 months but can never make it past my shoulders !! Does anyone know the best supplements or oils to help stimulate at least a couple of inches? I am trying everything such as laying off heat styling tools etc... I see so many beautiful styles with long hair and I'm just not having any luck growing it

I have long hair, for ages it wasn't growing past a certain point because I got it trimmed every 10 weeks with my highlights but now I'm stretching it to every 6 months and it's definitely growing longer, also very lightly oil the ends each night to keep the ends smooth and stronger.

Thanks @samestyle good idea about oiling the ends didn't think to do that. I am taking biotin gummies also now, says to take 2 but I'm taking 3 a day.... not sure if that will make a difference !

I put a few drops of Rosemary essential oil in my shampoo and conditioner and massage into scalp as well as hair
