Its gorgeous.

I wouldn't really take fashion advice from MN though. I've seen other threads asking for suggestions for outfits and most are awful.

So if you like it, go for it.

I would buy it

Funkyslippers · 02/03/2024 08:45

I wouldn't buy it as it would probably shrink after a few washes, it looks cheap

boonr · 02/03/2024 08:49

I love the first one!! It would go really well with wide legs or mom jeans. In fact, I'm going to buy it. Thanks for putting it on here!!

I like the asos one too but prefer the first one.

Loopytiles · 02/03/2024 08:54

90s C&A! some could look good in it as part of an overall style. I’m not one of them!

Asos one has “loungewear’ vibes.

henlake7 · 02/03/2024 10:19

I like it, would look good with a body and some nice jeans.....and if it doesnt, then its only cheap so not the end of the world!

Not my thing as Im not a pink person but if you are younger or into quirky/bright stuff then its nice IMO.

Chocolatepeanutbuttercupsandicecream · 02/03/2024 12:22

I think the ASOS one is nicer. The original one definitely looks more aimed at a younger audience.

Heartbreaktuna · 02/03/2024 12:32

It's 100% acrylic. The asos one is 80% acrylic. All just plastic.

BlueGrey1 · 02/03/2024 14:13

Very difficult to comment helpfully on posts like this without knowing what you look like / age / body type etc…..it may or may not look good on you…..prefer the ASOS one though

PhoenixStarbeamer · 02/03/2024 14:16

I love that

mrsbyers · 02/03/2024 14:19

It screams static to me

theriseandfallofFranklinSaint · 02/03/2024 14:34

This is the second things I've ordered this week after reading a thread on here! I've gone for the grey one though.

UnctuousUnicorns · 02/03/2024 14:35

I prefer the grey, more muted imo.

TempleOfBloom · 02/03/2024 15:25

The contrast between the white and the pinks is too great. Bright white with sticks of rock sticking out.

The grey version is better but even then…

Fingeronthebutton · 02/03/2024 15:39

Is MN now a platform for advertising Pretty Little Things. Too many of the lately 🤔

willWillSmithsmith · 02/03/2024 16:47

I quite like it. I couldn’t wear it because I’m older and no clothes horse any more. Model probably looks good in anything.

I do agree the contrast is too brash but the general style is quite nice.

LuluBlakey1 · 02/03/2024 17:27

It's cheap, acrylic tat- there'll be hundreds of thousands of them in landfill in a few months.

Gatekeeper · 02/03/2024 17:34

It looks very cheaply made of cheap fabric. Market tat

Ellieshome · 02/03/2024 18:05

I'm not advertising for PLT, honestly 🙄 paranoia

I just want to nice button up cardi to wear with jeans for Spring. I always wear briefs/black/grey so trying to inject a bit of colour into my wardrobe.

Ellieshome · 02/03/2024 18:05

Beige not briefs.

VerbenaGirl · 02/03/2024 20:29

I don’t mind it at all.

Ewoklady · 02/03/2024 20:33

The asos one has the same vibe and it looks far far better (will last longer I’d say) and it’s pretty

toomanyleggings · 02/03/2024 20:36

It’ll look cheap when it arrives. Plus I guarantee even if you hand wash it the colour will run into the white part of it

SgtJuneAckland · 02/03/2024 20:39

It is 90s c&a but isn't that fashionable now?
I don't do cropped because I already have a long body and it just looks odd but I wouldn't bat an eye at someone else in it.
I do have this cardigan though which most of MN would hate. I just wear it with a top/t-shirt that actually comes to my waistband as I'm nearly 40 and a bit squishy around the middle

What do people think of this cardigan?
Alchemistress · 02/03/2024 20:41

I don't mind it but I prefer the grey.

It's got a young, fun vibe. If I saw someone wearing it I'd think 'that's cute.' I wouldn't be swooning in horror like a lot of MNers say they would.

I think it would suit someone quite slim so the boxy, oversized vibe was worked to the max.

Mopsybunny · 02/03/2024 20:52

Going to be brutally honest. Great and cool for someone in their teens and twenties (no offence but, I just have to be honest as a stylist) I love it as a cool quirky thing if you are between a size 6 and 14 with baggy funky denims and trainers. It would be something from the quality it looks only to wear a few times. Some people do like buying things for wearing one or two times. I think it’s one of those things. What f you want to get somethings fashionable and cool and you are on a budget I would say NO NO NO
