White high end dress for a city wedding

Hi I’m hoping the members of mumsnet can help with this task!

My best friend is getting married soon and is looking for a wedding dress. The wedding date is a few months away but too close to order through a bridal boutique. Any high street wedding dresses have been disappointing. She suffered a tragic 2nd trimester loss before Christmas and is carrying weight around her tummy, generally bigger than she would be so would need something that would make her feel good rather than self conscious.

I’m spending all my spare time searching for dresses for her but if anyone had come across any, or any suggested brands, it would be very much appreciated.

I mean it's lovely - but £6k for a wedding dress?! I'm so out of touch☹️

I agree. It is also damaged and stained, as you would expect anyway from the first photograph where bride appears barefoot on grass.

To have it made by the Atelier, according the seller cost them £3000 more, yes and they had a new and bespoke dress?!

I don’t get why anyone would consider this a good buy.

What's her budget? Vital info.

@GK1987
I know an amazing dressmaker.
She's unreal.
Look for Bex Brides on instagram or Facebook.

I've worked with her, she's the best.
