Anyone else doing Jadvent?

I'm finally opening the bargain Christmas 2022 Cowshed AC for Jadvent. Seems apt to have a bracing shower gel for January 1st.

Molton Brown Orange and Bergamot shower gel and Tan-Luxe Super Glow serum today. Bit of a double DoD for me.

Day 4 of the Fenwicks advent is full sized Delina hair perfume. Smells lovely

Day 4 of No 7 is a a skin illuminator. Basically a primer. I like the look of it.

Oops! Wifi problems so many things have been sent twice lately. Day 4 is Tori Burch Electric Sky - like the fragrance but can’t figure out the top notes (will have to Google)

I love the No 7 illuminator - it gives the skin a lovely glow

So I should wear it if I want to intimidate.

I haven't tried it but it sounds lovely.

I've been using the hand polish for the last couple of days and it's great. My hands tend to be quite dry at this time of year. There's a definite improvement after just a couple of days.

Today’s treat: Not a Perfume from Juliette has a Gun.

Mine is a mascara from No 7. I should get to it around 2036. I have quite a few in my stash and only wear make up when I go out or in to the office (usually once or twice a week) so they last ages.

Day 5 a small Maison Margiela Lazy Sunday Morning. Nice enough, but smells like many other fragrances. Interestingly I’ve just returned from a sample sale which includes Maison Margiela. I was there for the Marni though…

Day 5 of Fenwicks is a full sized Laura Mercier illuminating primer.

Day 6 of Fenwicks is a Charlotte Tilbury lipstick in a nice nude shade

Day 6 of No 7 is a body lotion

Day 6 of Sephora is Glow on the Go by Sarah Chapman which describes itself as an elixir and seems to be a sort of highlighter.

I had a few days away and missed my calendar more than my family.

I had zero interest in it when the contents were released so I’m surprised by how much I’m enjoying it. I love the box and will keep it for costume jewellery.

I got Ilia Mascara, not a brand I know at all. It will join the queue of mascaras I have waiting 😆

Day 5 Rose Ing perfume. Unfortunately I had a reaction to one of the ingredients. Today full size Rose Ing candle. I’m a big fan of candles.

No 7 is a teeny, tiny serum. It will last 3 or 4 days if I'm extra frugal.

Almost as much as I hate the inevitable hyper-masculine fragrances they always put in these things (Day 8, Aqua di Parma Colonia Club, for example)

Agree re the masculine scents too.

Today's No 7 is a beige lipgloss with sparkle. It matches the beige lipstick. It might be ok over a dark red to tone it down.

@OchonAgusOchonOh or maybe over a too-bright pink?

I don't have any overly bright pinks but do have a few reds that are too dark. But yes, it would also work on a overly bright pink.

I did have some very bright pinks in my early 20's. I thought I was only gorgeous.
