What would you look like?
(This is meant to be fun, also includes husband/wife/partner, whichever you prefer).

Mine would have me in skinny jeans with a fitted jersey tucked in (imagine the bloat days!). Or basic jersey black leggings with a slinky top, ffs! Coats would be feminine little conservative affairs from Hobbs. Or a neat little Barbour cropped jacket.
Doesn't seem fussy about footwear, but thinks most of the jumpers at Johnstons of Elgin look 'scruffy'. (he hasn't been shown the price tags, lol).

He has never told me this before, but I do have memories of him excessively complimenting me in skinnies. Getting this info out of him was like pulling teeth

I don't think it would be "bad" just dated. Probably skinny jeans, ankle boots with a low heel, a leather jacket or burberry trench coat, and some kind of tight top. He often goes on about skinny jeans and why don't I wear them anymore...

We might have the same DP. Same style of preferred dress and same love of Selma 🤣

I think it would be one of two looks:

1. Lowrise bootcut jeans like I used to wear in the early 2000s when we met, with a tight and low-cut top and padded bra

2. Officey stuff - pencil skirt, tights, fitted shirt, glasses. I've never had an office job, so never worn this stuff, but I know it's a look he likes

If I were to dress him, it would be jeans with a chunky, rugged wool jumper. Which he does wear because I buy them for him! And I'm partial to a lumberjack-style plaid shirt, which isn't something he wears tbh.

Any old thing, as in the first thing he put his hands on so jeans a t shirt annd fleece zipper. Interesting though. I’m going to ask him to chose for me tomorrow as we’re off out for lunch with friends and I’d be interested to see how right I am!

Dark academia/sexy librarian but with some cleavage, long loose hair, red lipstick and a medium heeled ankle or knee boot. A fan of satin and velvet. He’s very pro equal rights and my biggest champion, but he definitely loves it when I look hyper feminine.

He likes me in dresses that cling, so I'd be going round Tesco in bodycon.

I wish he'd wear fewer older man jumper and shirt combos. He's very unsure about what he actually likes, so always goes very conservative.

There are only two things I know for certain about DP's taste in my appearance:

1. He hates fringes (on hair. I have no info on how he feels about fringing on clothes.)
2. If it's tight over my bottom, he'll like it. Yoga pants or a bodycon dress, makes no difference.

Mind you, we met through karate. A gi and sweaty hair is a very low bar to have to surpass.

I am intrigued by what he would dress me in though, so I shall ask him later.

Genuinely have no idea what he would choose for me. He buys me a dress every Christmas but he chooses what he thinks I would like rather than a dress he would like me to wear.

Am overweight and curvy with massive norks. DH often comments when watching tv that would look great on you and about me covering myself up etc. So probably a tight low cut wrap dress with heels. Tight jeans, coloured trainers or boots, low cut tight jumper or top etc.

Cat woman! He loves skin tight leather and thigh high boots! I’m sure he’s disappointed that he ended up with someone who lives in wellies and outdoor wear ( he always tells me I look great and he buys me new wellies when needed 😆)

Probably body con and high heels! Unfortunately for him I've only worn that sort of thing about twice during our relationship 😂 I'm usually in black jeans, flat boots and a baggy jumper!

I just asked him, he said nothing. As in no clothes. I did say he had to choose SOMETHING and he said maybe the dress I wore to a wedding recently. I think it’s the last time he can remember that I wasn’t just wearing jogging bottoms and a sweatshirt 😂 I wfh and generally look like a pretty dishevelled mess 😂😂 so it must have stood out to him that I looked nicer than usual.

I’ve just asked and the response was either a little black dress and heels (evening) or jeans boots and an oversized Aran sweater (day)

Hmm, mine's quite conservative, but I am also. There've been only a few times over the years where he's raised an eyebrow... including my wide leg trousers which for some reason he thinks are silly. Clogs also (I saw a frown).

So fitted but not tight, defined waist but not low cut. Would you consider that preppy or Sloaney? I think he would choose almost anything from a Boden catalogue.

If he could choose, I feel certain I would look like someone who works at a strip club.

Stiletto heeled shoes that fasten around the ankles. Stockings. A dress of some kind, probably with a low neckline. Big hair and subtle make up. He hates lip fillers/false eyelashes/false nails. And subtle silver jewellery.

I'd look like Barbara from the good life, but updated with some goretex.
He likes me warm and waterproof, seems he is not alone.
