Have a few parties this year, normally don’t bother. I’ve been looking at this, not yet purchased. Pondering the blue or green. There’s a corset so I’m hoping it has some sucking in capabilities!🤣

I just ordered this today and hoping it arrives by my Christmas party, otherwise I'm wearing a white dress with a fitted cape.

Either way I'm wearing it on Christmas Day as well...

Sadly, I have no need to pull out any stops, I only have my work Christmas do, which is during work hours, a buffet lunch (and I, with another colleague, will be arranging the cheeseboard and antipasto etc, so no glamour at all!). However, my colleagues are amongst some of my favourite people in the world (I work for a small charity) so spending time with them and having fun makes up for the lack of dressing up 😊

I had the jumpsuit in burgundy last year and had so many compliments. I don’t got to lots of parties etc so it was a real bargain.

They have them again this year.

Oh I wish I could wear a midi dress, sadly, extremely massive calves means it’s literally the worst length on me! I am lucky enough to have a bit of shape in my legs and a thin ‘bit above the knee’ though.
My Christmas dress is much cheaper than a lot shown here, but it’s very flattering. I’m a bit worried about the fabric and getting sweaty as I’m fat but I’ll see how it goes.

I have works do, but that is during the day so we just wear our nicer work clothes. I have one club whose party I might not be able to go to and that's it.

If I do anything NYE it'll be a party at a friend's house in jeans.

How can I get myself some posh parties so I can justify buying a new dress???

This is mine, it fits really well, it’s a little cheap on the fabric side, but no-one will notice as it hangs really nicely all the same.

It actually comes up slightly longer than in the photo, but is not knee-length by any imagination!
