Dress opinions please?

Help, I think I like this dress but I'm not sure, it's a bit out there and not my usual! It's to wear dancing.

I don't like the dress, as pp there's too much going on. It sort of chops you into 4.
The shoes are ok but don't go with the dress.
Get a little black dress and wear it with the shoes

For those that mention the shoes, it's because I barely have any shoes! I'm very much a trainers type of girl! I can't wear heels. What would you suggest?

Oh and yes, the straps in my shoes is because they were not done up properly and yes, they were cheap! I've never worn them before although I've had them years!

There is a lot going on, but you’re absolutely pulling it off OP. I think it’s more Donatella Versace than Jayne MacDonald. I do agree that the shoes are wrong though, they’re pulling focus. Go for something simpler that you can dance in.

I would normally wear trainers dancing. I have a pair of pink velvet Gucci/gazelles but I don't think they work.
So many people have mentioned the shoes, because I can't cope with heels what so you suggest??
