Guess my age

You know 10 years younger? I’m thinking of doing that, but on here with the MNetters!!

I think I look much older than I am and the way people talk to me suggests I’m right. I am obese and don’t drink any water or look after my skin so I’ve joined the princessing thread and so far I’ve lost a stone in 2 weeks! (Should’ve posted this pic 2 weeks ago 😂)

Anyway, please guess my age and please be brutally honest and then I’ll come back on here in a year and go again to see if I’ve improved myself! Don’t guess lower to be kind, as it will ruin the results. I want to see if looking after myself shaves the years off or not.

You're definitely much younger and fresher looking than me (34).

For those asking, I’m following the keto diet. I found I couldn’t stick to any diet AT ALL and worked out reasons why: when I’m hungry I want food instantly, when I eat carbs and sugar I end up craving and eating more carbs and sugar and I just don’t know what healthy alternatives I can eat for the things I do crave.

So I ordered a week’s worth of meals from keto kitchen Lytham. I’m on my third week of that this week, but now think I have the tools to fly solo with it. It is a fab diet though! I have a blueberry muffin and a coffee some mornings which doesn’t make it feel like a diet at all. Plus they sell cakes that are extremely low carb.

I posted before I read this. You look much younger than your actual age.

I would have said 28 max so you look very fresh faced for someone in their early/mid 30s. Well done on the weight loss OP!

I was going to guess 23! Can't imagine you'd look significantly older in daylight (you said you should've taken a pic in daylight) - you look great! Not sure why people treat you as older, you look very youthful.

Also I think you look younger - you’ve got a full mouth, smooth skin and your eyes have lots of eyelid. I thought mid-late 20s.

I'm an old person and my advice is never try and look younger as only a Time Machine can do that and that's where celebrities go wrong as they believe looking younger is their goal!

Looking healthier, fresher and better is the way forward, not younger.
