Ultra thin harem style trousers?

Not wearing them for a fashion statement, but to try and stop the bastard mozzies from biting my ankles and legs. I'm always a sticky, sweaty mess in the heat so they need to be as thin and cool as possible.

I got some really thin light ones years ago from Lucy and Yak, worth a look there.

These are great for this weather - so light and comfy but cover legs and no chub rub (a big issue for me 😆)

@FeigningConcern I was looking at these the other week , but wondered if they were see through in the sun ? There’s a pair I’m hankering after but not if they are too thin !

Came on to say forgotten Tribes too.. I have the peacock pattern. Not see through at all.

Another vote for forgotten tribes. I'm wearing a pair of the peacock ones right now. Super, cool,comfortable and wash well. Definitely not see through.

They can be dressed up or down. Look classy even.

Comfy, lightweight and flowing. I have a lovely rust red pair and I heard Dr Amir Khan say this colour wasps and mozzies avoid.

These are exactly what I came on to recommend. I have 3 pairs and they are gorgeous.

@Cakeandslippers love the peacock design. Any thoughts on whether they'd work for a shorty ? (5ft1)

Forgotten tribes or Boho Tusk

Would you think they look okay on a size 16/18 lady, and are they long in the leg? Asking for a friend :)

I got some from Amazon ages ago. They're lovely.

Possibly yes. I'm taller so can't be sure but the elasticated cuffs mean you can pull them up to wherever works. When it's hot I quite often wear them pulled up to just below knee length and they look great.

Forgotten tribes ones are nice.

There's some double gauze ones in lots of high street shops/supermarkets at the moment. Really light weight and comfortable.
