Hunter brand gone in to administration!

I've been looking at a pair of Hunter vegan walking boots for a while. Yesterday I decided I was going to get them. But when I went on to their website it's gone in to administration 😭 I obviously wasn't meant to have them!

They will probably end up solely on Next Directory, they do already sell Hunter, this seems to be the resting place for many companies that go into administration.

You may get them from one of the resellers like Next, Amazon, various country stores, etc. as you will be able to safely buy from there

Same, I've had them about the same amount of time! Not a split in them

Dh has had his for 16 years!

We're also a family with many ancient Hunters- one 20 years old, one 16, and a couple 8 years old, all worn regularly. We've also got lots of kids' ones - all perfect ( apart from the odd dog chewed buckle) they used to be excellent quality.

Not surprised. Once equestrian and county brands get into the yummy mummy market, prices go up and quality goes down. New and constraint brand lines and supply stretch them too far and bang.
joules was the sane, 20 years ago Joules was an up and coming brand marketed for equestrians. Quality was great and priced accordingly
