I feckin hate those messages that come up when you're browsing clothes online telling me how popular an item is. Why are they everywhere all of a sudden?
It doesn't make want to buy the thing, it's actually really off-putting - like the online version of a pushy sales person.

Anyone else hate this or just me?

I agree it’s really off putting and somehow makes the brands seem cheap and off putting. I noticed this yesterday when looking on an expensive brand - Sezane - and they had the whole “someone is putting this in their basket”. 🙄

It creeps me out and sometimes puts me off!
