Seconded

Topictwenty · 24/05/2023 19:44

Are they? That’s great, I’ve just bought some for my dd but thought that they were a lot thinner than the ones I’ve got from modibodi

GetDownkeith · 24/05/2023 19:45

Agreed. I have them and they aren't too expensive either.

BEL88 · 24/05/2023 19:46

I agree

justasmalltownmum · 24/05/2023 20:08

I just ordered some (first time) from modi bodi. Does any one have any experience?

ilovecats6 · 24/05/2023 20:15

Meh they're ok but the padding does not come up high enough in the front and back. I've also leaked through on heavier days, despite wearing the heavy absorbency.

LuckOfTheDrawer · 24/05/2023 20:36

I agree - they're great, and good value too.

I think Modibodi are good too, but I'm sure I paid an eye watering amount for mine. I'm definitely Team M&S from now on.

GiveYourHeadAWobble · 24/05/2023 20:43

I love them too.

RedRobyn2021 · 24/05/2023 20:51

Thank you, I've been looking so I will get these

RavingStone · 24/05/2023 20:54

Agree! Although only tried the shorts from m&s. Love modibodi too but the affordability of m&s means I finally own enough to fully ditch the disposables.

dwightschrutebeets · 24/05/2023 20:56

They are so great at not leaking but they're quite tight!

SnakesNLadders · 24/05/2023 20:58

They don’t work for heavy periods. I only wear the ones that are supposed to be ‘heavy’ on my light days.

AnonKat · 24/05/2023 21:00

I didn't get on with them. They don't go far enough at the front. I don't bleed in the back!

onlyamam · 24/05/2023 21:02

I used them after birth and they were great

crochetmylifeaway · 24/05/2023 21:02

I have a pair on just now and love them. My only issue is depending on the material of certain trousers they can slip down at the back when walking.

SpringIet · 24/05/2023 21:14

Can anyone recommend any that work for v heavy periods? Noted a PP said M&S weren't great for heavy ones.

Jk987 · 24/05/2023 21:20

I haven't tried these but am considering it. What do you do when you need to change them in the daytime when you're at work or something? Keep the used pair in a plastic bag? I'm worried about keeping a used pair of period pants in my handbag...

Luckingfovely · 24/05/2023 21:23

Also think they are great overall - but they could definitely do with the pad coming up higher at the front.

But v comfortable to wear and mostly very effective. And so much more comfortable and environmentally friendly.

I use them in conjunction with a moon cup on heavier days but not used any disposable product for years. Definitely a good thing.

SpringIet · 24/05/2023 21:58

Thanks @SnakesNLadders

ilovemydog123 · 24/05/2023 22:01

I bought some I was gonna wear them with a sanitary towel too I have them for if I leak
And for night time
I haven't been brave enough to use them yet

overitunderit · 24/05/2023 22:03

Agreed

KvotheTheBloodless · 24/05/2023 22:14

Yes! They are brilliant, although on the large side for sizes - if you're normally an 8 you'll need a 6, etc.
