Any ideas? I've only got it in one foot but so painful. I'd love some sandals for the summer, really comfy ones but will need arch support.

Thanks so much in advance ☺️

I worn fit flop sandals throughout the dummer that I had PF and they really helped. Yes, getting out of bed in the morning was the worst. I had insoles for trainers etc as well as wearing fit flop trainers. No PF now 😊

Fit flop also make slippers - never go barefoot!

I also have indoor and outdoor Birkenstocks! I want some Mary’s but can’t find any in my size this year.

Strive! So comfy and relatively chic, good choice of styles... And they last.

Thanks everyone! I have been doing the tennis ball excercises. The worse thing is stepping out if bed first thing in the morning, ouch!!
I'm going to look now at all your suggestions!

I highly recommend getting a plantar fasciitis night splint off Amazon. It basically looks like one of those boots people wear when they fracture their foot etc, but it’s specifically for PF. It holds your foot and lower leg in the correct position while you sleep and includes a wedge that you can also use if you want to add a gentle stretch to your calf too.

It makes getting out of bed in the morning almost like you don’t have PF.

As for shoes I recommend Fit Flops and have heard that Vionics are very good too. Both are pricey so you can check the likes of Amazon and TK Maxx etc for deals. Birkenstocks we’re horrendous for me, as were Skechers.

If you have big enough feet, men's walking sandals are more supportive than most women's. I'm size 5, so it's difficult, but I've got by with size 6 men's from Clarks. Lots of adjustability too.

It's hard to put orthotics in sandals...
