Just that really and...

do you love it?

I'm particularly interested in lip blush and the smoky top lash liner.

I have had my lashline done. It is divine. I love it. I am doing sheer lipblush at the end of May. For some reason I am terrified of doing my eyebrows

Brows are the least painful of those! Do it ! It's a game changer

Those of you who have had your lash line done, can you keep your eyes closed throughout the treatment or do they need to be open? I’m really squeamish with my eyes and can’t even have someone else put mascara on me 🙈😆

@Idlechitchat if I remember correctly had eyes closed for upper and open for lower line, did feel a bit weird but worth it!

Here’s my eyeliner and lip blush

That looks wonderful!
I had my eyebrows and top lash done 5 years ago. By a really good aesthetician the problem was me - I couldn't stop rubbing the area sub-consciously. So it didn't 'take' as well as it should've done.

With the lip blush - how long did it take to heal? Was it scabby? Was it hard to look after?

OneMoreCookieMonster · 07/05/2023 12:22

Powder brow and lip blush. So in live with them! Can't wait to stop breastfeeding and have a colour boost in jan/Feb.

Lips took around a week to heal. Just make sure to use cooling pads on them after and dabb away (gently) any lymph that's seeping out. I wet healed and they are perfect, didn't need a touch up at all after first application.

Also, I didn't find either painful. Fell asleep having brows done. Did swell loads after lips for about 2 days.

My aesthetian used loads of numbing gel. The gel going on was slightly uncomfortable for around a min.

You can have your eyes closed

Thank you! I am not at all worried about the pain, just terrified it goes wrong and I will end up with slug brows😅.

Eyes closed for me (upper and lower lashline)

@Lndnmummy a good artist will not give you slug brows ! Agree they're awful 🥺

Purplecatshopaholic · 07/05/2023 20:52

Friend of mine has had eye liner done - top and bottom, brows tattooed and lips tattooed. Brows don’t look natural at all, way too dark (imo). Eyes and lips look great but she says it really hurt!

Oh no that's a shame

Done right it should look natural and subtle

Some artists are a little heavy handed I think! It should fade eventually though
